Store just opened, but all tables and chairs filthy and greasy. Swarming with ants, attaching the picture to prove it

I’m not one to brag about a fast food experience but I was pretty grouchy rolling into lunch time having just had lots of things to complain about… For example, bad hair, the complete lack of a good candidate in the presidential primaries, low on gas after my friend used my car while I was gone, whine, whine, grump, gripe, bitch moan, etc. Enter Greg at Factoria Taco Time into the scene. This man was a serious help to my day. I stumbled around the menu ordering things haphazardly for my dad and daughter which was met with patience. Everything was accurate, and of course the food was good. Through my total of about two minutes of interacting with Greg his genuine service and positivity made me happy! Legitimately happy! I hope he’s the boss at this location and infects the culture of taco time with this attitude. I’m going to stuff my face now.

This location gets crazy busy during lunch rush due to the Tmobile headquarter and other cooperate offices close by. But that’s the normal any where for you in this area during lunch time. The great thing is that since it’s busy, it just means that all the good are continuously being cook fresh! The mexi-fries are always so hot that they actually burn my mouth upon the first bite, yum! Tell me about your experience if you’ve been here or is going to after reading this review:)

I love this location because I always seem to have the same drive thru staff, and they’re all nice and fun. Not to mention they never forget my request to hold the tomato on all items I consume. The food is your usual Taco Time fare — WestMex with dressing on soft tacos that non-natives don’t understand. it’s tasty and a PNW original, so I’m not complaining. I eat here maybe once every other week, so clearly I enjoy it :) I really love Taco Time NW’s commitment to composting and fresh ingredients. There’s a reason I choose them over other fast casual/fast food joints!

Love their food… although they are a bit expensive for fast food and the customer service is usually pretty decent but their drive thru is way to slow. Just left there because when the guy says«Give me a min» I foolishly thought he actually meant a minute. I left after waiting 5 mins. They lost 4 drive thru customers tonight because of how slow they were. I ended up going to Taco Bell down the road where, they’re food might not be as good, but I got more food for less money and, even though there were 3 people in front of me, I was through that drive thru in under 7 mins… and the cashier was friendly. Bye Factoria Taco Time. You’ve lost this customer

It’s like a time machine in a way, taking me back to the ground beef tacos of my youth in Seattle. I do love the Tex-Mex of South/Central Texas, and I also love the food from the interior of Mexico. But I have to admit that sometimes a crispy beef taco hits the spot. It’s soul food in a way. Anyway, happy to have this one close to my work!

Nobody on counter to take order. Everyone seen to busy cleaning up to help customers. Had to wait a long time because the pop machine was being serviced by employee. Buritto was cold. This place needs a good manager on night shift.

So I try not to eat much fast food and this location is right by my work. I stop here usually between 7pm and 8pm on a Friday or Sat night on my way to work. First of all the staff is always super super friendly. I have been through the drive through four times in the last two months and the wait is pretty quick and always friendly. Moving back from New Mexico I would ask questions about the menu and they always are more then happy to answer and suggest items as I don’t like beans or sour cream. Usually I get the Baja Tacos or the Crispy or Soft Chicken Burrito. Sometimes Combo. It’s a tad pricey but much better quality then Taco Bell(talking drive through fast food here) I have had perfect experiences each time. Great tasting on the go fast Mexican food. Yes fast food. Lol. Still miss my New Mexican food but this will do when in a hurry and on the go yummy …

I will preface this by saying I am new to the area. From the south. One of my kid’s friends raved about this place. So we went to check it out. I guess I was trying to understand why one taco costs so much compared to taco bell… but when we got the food I got it… the portion is much larger than one item of the competitor. But would you rather pay the same and have 2 of something or one large one? For our family this place just didn’t please us. The taste was… different. My taco was just okay. My soup was weird. My kids ate theirs and liked it. But the adults, well, we don’t plan on coming back.

Would not make a kid size Veggie Taco. Guess that kids aren’t allowed to be vegetarians!

Taco Time in Factoria is conveniently located and has private lot parking, which is nice. They keep the store clean, but it is still an older building and the bathrooms feel like truck stop restrooms. I really like that Taco Time has adopted the beverage kiosk. It’s great to be able to choose your own beverage, mix beverages, and refill your cup on your own. The food is consistent, however often times when I make an adjustment to my order(like adding Pico to a taco), that adjustment is not designated by the appropriate sticker so I am often unsure if my item was made to my specifications without disassembling the item. The drive through at this location has to be one of the worst in the country. I’m not exaggerating. I absolutely won’t go through it anymore. A typical drive through experience includes a 10 – 15 minute wait in the line after ordering. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes in the line. It’s unacceptable. Not only that, the turn after the order box is very tight and there is no way out once you get in line. So if you have 5 minutes to get through the drive through and find yourself waiting in the line for 15 minutes, you’re SOL. Lately they have had a «Greeter» at the door. I think I understand why they have this person there — the person was injured and cannot do their regular duties so Taco Time created a «Greeter» position for this person so that they could continue to earn a paycheck. If this is the case, I applaud Taco Time for this action. HOWEVER… it’s very awkward for customers. I want to get in, order my food, and get out. I don’t want to be greeted at the door, then at the counter. A few other areas they could work on include: –The Salsa dispenser. It does not work all the time. It’s time for Taco Time to get a new salsa dispensing system. The ones they use now are the same ones they’ve always had… I remember them from the 80’s…they didn’t work well then and they don’t now. –This location does not put napkin dispensers on their small tables. So some tables have napkins and some don’t. It would be great to have 100% consistency across all tables. –They are slow to process orders. I’m not sure what the reason is. The staff look like they’re always working quickly… maybe they need more staff making food.

Pretty good for fast food. You gotta love their mexi-fries! I usually get the crisp beef tacos combo. I’ve tried their mexi platter and it was nasty. I was not a fan of the beef crisp burrito. So I always just stick to the good old tacos here. They have a freestyle coke machine which is always a plus! I like to get their cinnamon sugar chips for dessert sometimes!

You usually know what you are getting yourself into at TT. This location gets crazy busy during the week at lunch. The drive through is laid out horribly especially if you are in a work van/truck. Service has always been good. Food is fine.

Good food, simple, quick, easy. I really like the natural soft taco. Kind of crazy parking lot out there can make it rough to get to easily. Overall a good lunch stop.

A: I’m sooo hungover. And huuungry. Me: Auuugh. Me too. Are we alive? A: I think so? …Taco Time? Me: HELL. YES. NOW. Does it ruin my «foodie» reputation to review Taco Time? Actually, why is this even a concern? Eff it! Too late… I can’t stop my fingers from typing. There they go… I am utterly grateful that I can wake up with a raging hangover and casually think to myself«How can I make my body suffer even more?» Oh I KNOW… Hot tater tots with salsa. And a beef stick. I cannot blame friends. They don’t even have to talk me into this. I’m so shameless… sigh. Now, my other favorite hangover + foodie cure is dim sum. This is like the opposite of dim sum. Taco Time is greasy, not that fresh(despite what their ads say), and inspired by way south of the border. It’s good to have variety in life, haha: P I think their tater tots make me feel nostalgic. They are exactly like the ones they served during my K-6th grade years. They’re crispy, served hot, kinda oily, salted, bad for me… But oh so good for me. Their«beef stick» as I like to call it, is actually a «Crisp Burrito.» You can get bean/beef/chicken. I tried the chicken one once. Never again. I didn’t like it. It tasted too«mayonnaisey.» That’s a word, right? :P I will forever be loyal to the beef stick and tater tots with their watered down salsa. I don’t remember what the«service» here is like. It’s fucking Taco Time.

The bag gave out of my first order before they ran it out to me. Instead of rebagging it and no one being the wiser, they came out, apologized, offered a free meal the next time im there and remade my order. They did right by me, 5 stars

Food was pretty good. I’m from Texas so nothing’s like home. But our first visit to this location was absolutely a night for us to remember. We moved here from Texas 2 months ago and on the day we moved into our house(1 month ago) we were exhausted, hungry and very emotional. In Texas fast food places are open til at least midnight so we thought it’d be similar here. Well… no. We had 1 kiddo with car sickness, 1 kiddo so exhausted he wasn’t hungry, and then we were just frazzled when we got out of the car and walked up to the door it looked like they were closing. 2 employee’s were at the door and I asked if they were closed. They said yes… i dropped my head and turned around to my husband holding our sleeping 4 yr old and said they’re closed. That’s when I heard it… the lady said you know what come on in. I seriously started crying(I’m holding tears back just typing this). They even let us eat inside. She said it was month end(5÷31÷13) and they’ll be there a while anyway. I can’t express how happy I was but that was our first experience here in Washington and I was very pleased.

Taco TIme — you try so hard, but it just doesn’t show in your food. Why does Del Taco and even Taco Bell taste better? It’s because they have thought out their food and update their menu. Taco Time is just too expensive for what you get. At best, the food is Okay. It is evident how greedy this chain is when there isn’t a $ 4.99 «combo» of anything.

I love Taco Time. Fresh ingredients, freshly made, and who can resist sweet potato mexi fries? However, that’s in general. For this specific location, I was not at all impressed. I’d been through the drive thru before, and they got everything right. However, when I popped in with some friends for dinner before heading to a movie, the wait took forever, they skipped my friend’s meal, and the whole place was dirty. Like dead fly on the table dirty. Ugh.

Hands down the best Taco Time I’ve ever been to, and my Taco Time of choice every time I come home to Bellevue. The staff are always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond for every order that comes in. The food is made perfectly, and I am always willing to wait a couple extra minutes to have fresh Mexi-Fries and tacos! Writing this review is making me hungry. I want Taco Time… NOW!

I didn’t go inside the restaurant, just went through the drive-thru and ended up VERY disappointed with the food. I had never been to a Taco Time before, but saw a bunch of commercials with people(erhm, paid actors) talking about how fresh the ingredients are and the food looked decent enough for fast food. I was sincerely hoping that a TT would be a good replacement for Del Taco which I do enjoy as fast food Mexican, but it’s not even close. Bland, strange, ambiguous white sauce… no thanks! I am just now reading reviews talking about Mexi-Fries and I’m thinking maybe… *maaaayyyybe* if I’m ever wanting to go on a fry adventure I’d try these, but I like the Fatburger fries just fine and I’m sure I could go somewhere else that had other food I could eat besides just fries that would be better. I’ll probably keep to my current plan and just avoid this place and all other Taco Times!

I just want to share the news, this Taco Time(and many others) has the new soda fountain machine which allows you to customize your drink! There are over 100 drink combinations to choose from, I selected Peach Sprite. As far as the food review… I ordered #3 Soft Taco Meal — Chicken comes with Chicken Soft Taco(4 stars) and tater tots(4 stars) and peach sprite, my combination selection(5 stars) You can hate on me for giving my peach sprite 5 stars, but just go ahead and hate. Ambiance The restaurant was clean(as usual) in all aspects(however I didn’t use the bathroom). The ordering counter was clutter free with no visible spills, the soda fountain machine had some ice overflow when I first got my drink, but they cleaned it up by the time I got my refill. The table where we ate our food was clean and the napkin holder was full of napkins. Food on point as always as you can expect from a fast food joint. we are talking value here, seven bucks for a full lunch and delicious drink. other the cool drink fountain is what will keep bringing me back(every once-in-a-while, fast food isn’t very good for you).
