Stopped in at 12:30 on a Sunday for a sandwich to go — I didn’t leave until 12:52pm. Only two people working and one female employee spent 15 min trying to figure out with a man how she overcharged him for a large order. He was extremely angry at the end of the conversation as she kept having to call someone as the line got bigger. I did feel bad for her as she looked like she was crying after he left, but she wasn’t empathetic to him or any other customers waiting patiently and it was frustrating to watch on both ends. Heartfelt Smiles and apologizes could have remedied the situation I reckon as in the food industry customers are your business.. The young male employee was probably moving slower then anyone at Subway could move. Multitasking was not something he was good at and I am sure with how busy they were he probably would have rather been anywhere else but there. Alas though my sandwich was made perfectly and tasted like every other Subway sandwich I have ordered tasted. Nothing special and the slowness and service(and lack of apologizes from the staff for the wait) made it a negative experience. I don’t know why I keep coming back but its walking distance from my work and I am sure that is how they stay in business. T-mobile customers as the service is lacking.

DIRTY. RUDE. Dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty chairs. The employees did that thing where they speak to you in English, but then talk to each other in a different language when you’re stuck standing in front if them. They also overcharged me and then argued that the overcharge price included the tax, although they finally refunded the difference after I showed them how a receipt works. Sigh. As you can imagine, I will not be going back.

OMG! Worst subway ever!!! Not inly do they NOT have the meat I wanted, but they did not even provolone cheese. And the 2 girls behind the counter are the most rude, un-friendly subwAy employees I have ever seen. I would have done better to walk next door and get a starbucks pre-packaged sandwich over what I hot at this Subway! Worst ever! stay away!

What a zoo! Fast service though, and one of the girls who worked behind the counter even joked with me. I’m used to a «order and get out!» mentality at fast-paced lunch hour at Subway.

I know it’s only a Subway, but what a disappointing one. Worker was skimpy with everything. Also, there weren’t any sauces on my sandwich yet, and she asked if that was it. Seriously? When I asked for mustard she gave me an «are you serious» look, and put on a tiny line on. If you hate your job that much, find something else. Won’t be back to this location…

Out of ALL bread except wheat or cheese, during late lunch on a Saturday. Only 2 employees working with one station setup for making sandwiches. Neither lady could communicate well in English and both had a very hard time understanding. With one family, 2 parents and 3 children, in front of us, it took the ladies 15 minutes to make their sandwiches and then our 2 sandwiches took them another 10 minutes. One order was a childrens meal, the one clerk said they did not provide the lunch sack they had hanging all over the place advertising childrens meal. By time we left there were at least 15 people in line, now remember, no bread and none baking. Extremely poor customer service and management. We drove to the Issaquah Subway and were in and out in 3 minutes flat!

This is one of the worst Subway’s I’ve ever been to. The girl that helped us was obviously to busy talking on the phone to make our sandwiches correctly. She was super impatient and rude… Charged us for 2 meals that we didn’t get(no chips or drinks included). And like others have said they are super STINGY with all toppings! We were in and out with 4 sandwiches in less than 4 minutes. Definitely steer clear of this Subway…

yes this subway is STINGY A**! I like everything on my sandwhich so i asked for all the veggies plz and as soon as i saw her sprinkle the veggies i thought she was jokin at first so i asked for more lettuce and olives only(i would of asked for a little more of all the veggies but didnt want to hold up the line) and she litteraly gave me 2 sliced olives and like 4 strands of lettuce. The meat is also very very skimpy. I luv meat but i would be happy feeling full from veggies if you go skimpy on the meat which i understand but if u go skimpy on my meat AND veggies ur in the wrong biz ppl open up a bakery cause thats all ur serving us! So, i dont know why i tried this place again but i wanted a sandwhich and i like subway just not this place, but because of there location i gave them one more try. Guess what? STINGY! Boycott this place peace learn how to run a biz plz… Just read Unilocal and do the things ppl r complaining about and u make more money… Unilocal does all the market research for u! Just dont understand…

I love Subway… but this one was def. not the best one I’ve ever been too. I was stoked that they had the pizzas, but was in a sandwich mood. They were really rushed(there were only like 2 people in line… counting me) and when I asked for oil & vinegar she put like a drop in one spot and before I had the chance to tell her to put a little more on she wrapped up the sandwich. Hmm… Plus apparently many of the subways aren’t giving points anymore and aren’t accepting points. When did think happen? If I had known this was going to happen I woulda used the points that I had saved up. Dang! Anywho, I’ll look for a better Subway than this one.

I stopped in here the other day for a $ 5 footlong deal before heading back up to work. There is nothing special about this Subway. It is just like every other Subway out there. I don’t find the people working particularly friendly but they aren’t rude either. They do skimp on the meat, but again every Subway does that. I find myself always asking for more veggies then what they originally put on. The breakfast sandwiches are good and very reasonably price. This place gets an extra star just for that reason. It’s a nice alternative to the breakfast sandwiches offered by Starbucks.

I was reminded today why I stopped coming here… craving some $ 5 footlong freshness, i drove across the street from work. I came early enough to beat the lunch rush so there wasn’t a wait and there was actually parking… nice. my Italian herb and cheese bread and cold cut combo meat started off as subway status quo… but then when the chick asked me what kind of veggies I wanted it went downhill. quick. «can I have some more lettuce, please?» sprinkle sprinkle. «umm… more.» seriously? not nice. «sweet onion sauce.» two small swipes. «light mayo, please.» one lousily-squeezed, uneven, big-glob-on-the-left swipe. whatever. I’m in a bit of a hurry. the only reason I come here is it’s the closest subway to work.

For some funny reason, my post was posted on Unilocal and then got deleted, wtf!!! Anywhere is my review again! This is one of the worst Subway stores ever! The staff there are rude, shows lack of character, and offers bad service. Do not go to this store in Factoria(in Lohman’s Plaza). I was there last Sunday, ordered my sandwich and the total came up to be $ 5.50. I gave the lady(there were two Mexican ladies working there at that time) six dollars in cash and she gave me back a nickel as change. I asked her politely«excuse me, it should be fifty cents». She looked at me and gave me this attitude and shouted«I gave you fifty cents!» I showed her the nickel and you know what she did? She took 2 quarters from the tip jar and threw the change at me and said something in Spanish. At that point, I was about to say something, but I just left and wrote a complaint on the official Subway website. Hopefully they will forward my complaint to the owner of the subway store. Service is awful. Do not waste your time there! I will never ever go back there again. They just lost another customer.

This Subway is just downstairs from the office so I find myself coming here once a week. It’s just like pretty much every other Subway. It’s pretty clean. But there aren’t only 3 tables inside. This is a total to-go kind of Subway. The people here work hard and try and get through the lunch time rush as quickly as possible — and that means sometimes they make mistakes. But they’re human just like you and me. But sometimes those mistakes can be in your favor. For example, I’ve had actually had a sandwich where they stacked the cheese in the optimal pattern:

As much as I’d like to believe that Subway read my previous update and decided to bring back the $ 5 footlong, I doubt it. Still, this location disappoints me, and I will not go back. I’ve heard since the $ 5(any) footlong is back, the line is insane at lunch…

I only continue to go here, because of location. Location, location, location. I stood in line today and heard the two people in front of me and one person behind me ask for«more» or «extra» or «a lot of» some topping and each person had to ask a second time and still got unsatisfactory amounts. This wasn’t the first time I had witnessed this. I understand that there is a standard and they are trying to make a profit, but really, must you be so stingy with lettuce?

Honest and hard working? Perhaps. But this Subway is way too crowded with T-Mobile and other local workers at lunch and as a result, the Sandwich Artists crank you through with a machine-like rapport. There are often communication issues due to accents as well. I swore off this location for a long time due to my dislike of the staff and have been pleasantly surprised by the Subway just up in Eastgate. They’re faster, nicer, and it’s less crowded.

This location, like so many Subways around here, is run by hard-working, honest people. You know the Subway drill; the menu is basically always the same, which is good or bad, depending on how you see it. I personally like it that way. :-) Why did I ding this Subway a star? — they close earlier than some locations — they have a serious parking/access problem because they’re in a crowded/popular location — their prices are a little higher than average for Bellevue Otherwise, delicious and reliably, healthier than most of your other quick/nearby options.
