Friendly, unpretentious service — the associates are all approachable and those I’ve interacted with are eager to share their knowledge of the brand and products. On each of the occasions my friend and I have stopped by, we’ve received the same quality of service which speaks to its consistency. In terms of inventory, they have a wide selection of women’s shoes, accessories, handbags, and fragrance. Overall, I can’t really think of a negative to temper all this positivity. It’s located in the Bravern so you’ll have plenty of other places to check out should you desire.

Awesome place. I’m a big fan of Salvatore Ferragamo. The staff here is nice and helpful. The gentleman working behind the counter was more than willing to help me pick out a belt for myself. The young lady was very nice too! I struck up a conversation with her about which belt I should pick. Their prices aren’t too bad compared to other designer brands such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes. I believe it is a bit more expensive than Gucci, but I like the more classy and timeless look of Ferragamo than Gucci.

Pretty ridiculous experience here today. I went in to get my shoes re-soled, which I have once before, but was refused today. I was no longer in the computer because I hadn’t shopped there in 6 – 8 months and because I wasn’t in the computer, they would not re-sole my shoes. It’s not a free service, there was nothing for them to lose. Seems like pretty lousy customer service to me. Why shop here?

I have been going to this Bellevue store for two years. I always go to Brian. He is very knowledgeable and has sold me three pair of shoes. I have referred friends to him and stop in whenever I’m visiting from Eastern Washington. He always makes it a fun experience. Only downside — the store is smaller than most Ferragamo stores and has limited inventory.

Erin has been wonderful and has gone out of her way to make a wrong a right. I made my first Ferragamo purchase at the Las Vegas store and was so excited to have a beautiful suede bag. Unfortunately, the bottom corners became dirtly after rubbing against my dark wash jeans. While in to purchase a second bag, I brought the first bag in to have it cleaned and after 8 weeks, the bag arrived and I went in to pick it up. Erin was not working at the time I went in but another associate helped me. I was heartsick that the once beautiful bag looked as badly as it did after the cleaning. Though the corners were cleaned, the rest of the bag had also been«cleaned»(though it was not dirty) and the texture, color and suppleness that was there when I brought in the bag was vanished — it looked like the bag was many years old vs only having been used for approx 2 months. I chose to leave the bag there and the attending associate had the store manager, Derek, call me to discuss. I explained that had I known the result of the cleaning, I never would have chosen to have the bag cleaned. Derek waived the $ 95 cleaning fee and I said I would be in to pick it up. I just could not bring myself to pick it up for a long while. Finally, in mid Dec, I went in to retrieve my bag. Erin was there and apologized for the situation and offered me a store credit for the value of the bag. I chose to exchange it for a different kind altogether and in the end feel so much better about the whole situation. I appreciate her willingness to take care of me as a customer. I will be back and want to always work with her.

Amazing team of people that are sharp courteous and go out of their way to assure you of complete customer satisfaction. I had the pleasure to shop with Erin, Derek and Mark. All three have been over the top patient and helpful with my purchases. Ferragamo is a beautful well appointed store in Bellevue WA. I had a love affair with a certain bag for several years and this particular team at this store when out of their way to find my bag. The vibe in the store is relaxed, no pressure and very comfortable. The Braven itself is a lovely escape. There is a little bit of something for most anyone. Great Spa, wonderful food, marvelous accoutrements and free parking. All my shopping expeiences in this wonderful Mecca of shopping bliss have been Simply Divine… Ferragamo and their staff fit in perfectly for that delightful shopping experience.

Wow, the customer service here is stellar. I love shopping at high-end clothing stores but cannot stand it when the sales associate are snooty(I experience this in many stores in downtown Seattle). Thankfully, that was not the case here at Salvatore Ferragamo. I came in a few times before only to browse and I did not feel any pressure to buy anything — the sales associates were even nice enough to answer any questions. They each were knowledgeable on the products, engaging, and paid attention to my wants/needs. The store is not huge but there is a much bigger selection of Salvatore Ferragamo items than in Nordstroms or Neiman Marcus. If you park in the parking garage, be sure to ask for parking validation as well. After a few times browsing, I finally bought a ferragamo bag I’ve been eyeing for months. I’ll definitely be back for another purchase in the future though.
