The service was as expected. Extremely gracious, patient, and accommodating despite my requests and inability to make any decisions… I was fortunate to chat with the store manager Robert. If you need anything above and beyond, definitely chat with him. Not that his staff can’t handle the request, but he’s just fun to chat with ;)

Why would ANYONE shop here?! If we have Nordstrom with all the great selection, best customer service and excellent return policy, Nieman’s Marcus or even online from Saks Fifth Avenue. .why would you want to deal with this store? Girls, pay attention to all the tricky return policies they have. Basically if you buy anything here you are stuck with it. I got a pair of shoes and tried to return them in 7 days, never worn them but they said its the company’s policy! Nordstrom had exact same shoes and it was even cheaper. I just learned a BIG lesson and wanted to share it with you all, dont waste your money here.

This review is solely for the service at the Jimmy Choo store — not a review of the amazing shoes. Walked in on an enjoyable Sunday afternoon, the 2nd of January, 2011. The two sales associates were horribly rude. I’m not talking the typical pretentious that is to be expected at some higher end shops, I am talking simply RUDE and unacceptable. In addition, one of the sales associates was dressed incredibly sloppily — wearing translucent white leggings(creepy!) with an enormous ankle tattoo hanging out in full view, waiting to greet you. Definitely not the type of service, attention to detail, and caliber one should expect from women working at JC. Unfortunate, really. So disappointing!
