Ok we normally only go to radio shack for things nobody else has. Now I don’t even think we will do that, we’ll order items online. We purchased a TV antenna my husband used his debt card. When I went back to return it WITH the receipt the sale clerk said he couldn’t because it was not my debit card and/​or he couldn’t give me cash back. My husband went back in less the 15 minutes and the same sales clerk said he couldn’t return the item because the receipt was locked because someone had already tried to return the item. After my husband insist on a refund he was able to unlock the receipt. No wonder radio shank is always empty!!!

I went to this RadioShack to get a new router. There was no lines, the staff was very quick to offer help and show me to exactly what I wanted within walking in. I purchased a new router, sadly once I got home the box was tampered with the items in have been removed with fingerprints all over it. I tried to set it up, Belkin told me the item was defective and told me to take it back to the store. The people at the store took it back, no questions asked and I got the other Belkin one same box, but the box was torn so they took it off the shelf.
I ended up with a linksys product and it was super easy to set up. RadioShack never questioned me and kept me happy. Thanks!
