Starbucks

They’re the slowest Starbucks! Every time I go there it’s an extremely long wait & the barista never says sorry for the wait. I wish there was another one near my job.

My favorite place to go for drinks. They make the best Frappuccinos. I love the strawberry crème, java chip, double chocolate chip, and cotton candy flavors. I think everyone should try theses drinks. Their service is outstanding and everyone there is so nice and sweet.

Wah! Wah! Wah! I’m not sure why I keep visiting this Starbucks since whenever I go here I come out of this location feeling frustrated. Every. Single. Time.
Like many others I absolutley love the Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich but lately the egg is served cold in the middle and, it’s gross! This is baffling to me because they take sooooo loooong to serve you. I feel as if I’m giving them all the time in the world to properly heat up the sandwich, yet it comes out cold. It is super annoying to place my order and see people order at the counter after me get their orders first. This must be THE MOST Unorganized Starbucks in Bakersfield.
I just need to train my brain to think of other places to go when I want to drink coffee. It’s not fun to come here. The seating placement is horrible. The workers are stressed out. As a result the customer service is horrific.
I remember when going to Starbucks used to be an experience. We’d sit, eat and drink while playing table games with the kids. Not so anymore. It has lost its appeal. It feels like going into a convenience store accept they only sell coffee products, and such.
I dare say this is the worst location in Bakersfield!

Very gross… went through the drive thru and found a bottle cap inside my passion tea lemonade. … disgusting! Had to get a replacement and only got a $ 4 off my next purchase card… meanwhile, my drink cost $ 6.50

I never go to this Starbucks but went twice recently. The first time I was given the wrong order 3 times. The people at the window were rude and so unprofessional. I thought I would try it again a second time just in case it was a bad day. So the second time they had my order wrong and was handed a drink that was over flowing. I got tea all over me. The window was still open so I asked for a napkin. They both heard me and ignored me. Then one shut the window. I beeped my horn to ask for a napkin and they ignored me. I waved my hands until one acknowledged me. She opened the window and I asked for a napkin. She saw why and only said, «Yah, I see». She handed me a napkin and shut the window. No kind response or I’m sorry… Nothing! The Management needs to retrain these girls. I was there last March 23^rd around 2:30pm. I love my Starbucks tea but not this location.

Fairly worst experience I’ve had. I was given coffee that was old. The beepers were red going off and she lied to me and said the coffee wss just made. The manager lied about who was the manager. She wouldn’t sell me anything but black coffee. They didn’t even have an hour till they closed and I watched them refuse to make others their drinks. They didn’t care if they were losing customers. They actually gave me attitude too. Never coming back.

30 minutes for an iced tea, a Java chip frap and a chocolate frap and there were only 2 people ahead of me, so they were not busy! They lost our order and a lady who was here before us. 3 other people came after me and they left I finally went up and asked and the lady before us was here for 10 min before we came in sp she waired 40 minutes. When i got. pur drinls again theu forgoty iced tea, seriously!!! No wonder this location has very little stars. Of course I should of known not to go there when their ratings are crap.

I frequent this location fairly regularly because its close location to me and I shop nearby often. I use the drive thru occasionally but it’s usually a long line and I would rather go inside than waste gas. The staff inside is always friendly and helpful. They are very kind to my son when he is a little timid but still wants to order his own drink (passion tea lemonade sweetened).
The one and only time I had a drink made incorrectly, I called and since I had used the drive thru and needed to be somewhere the manager had no problem replacing my drink later that day.
They have recently updated this location with more fresh food coolers and newer tables and chairs.
I will continue to frequent this location.

This is ridiculous I’ve came to this location three days in a row through the drive thru window, the wait is unbelievably long and annoying. It’s like so hard to make a coffee these days or not enough baristas. But today was out of line, first I had to wait more than 10 minutes to get to the freakin window., and above all that they gave me the wrong order. Like what the heck man above the expensive coffee u people charge and it’s never right.
Horrible place. Horrible drive through.
Never again

It’s getting worse and worse. Longer lines, making wrong drinks. Reducing my stars to 1 — get it together *$
Id love to give this starbucks at least a three star as it’s been MY starbucks for years, but something has changed in the last several months and Id hoped it would improve but sadly it’s not… the dribk quality seems the same but the service is SO SLOW and just so «goofy» and u professional in there all the time over the last few months. Wait time inside and outside the store is way too long for just one simple drink, pastries take forever (or get completely forgotten) and the employees just seem to be socializing, spilling things all over and just overall poorly managed. There are a few great employees in there… but overall… this place needs to get a new manager to bring this place back up to standard. Just cause you think you have to coffee corner snagged, doesn’t mean you don’t need to still try and represent the corporate brand you are selling.

The drive though line was super long and they made my drink wrong.
Instead of redoing my drink and giving it to me they did all the ones behind me in the drive thru line and got to mine when they felt like it. I confirmed this because when the cars behind me pulled up to the window they were being handed their drinks before they even payed as soon as they got to the window

I never use the drive thru simply because I don’t have a death wish and actually admire my time. That being said, the seating is scarce inside, the lines are often long, the parking lot sucks, and the service leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. They do not manage the window and the counter efficiently AT ALL.
I should note that this store recently went through a remodeling. WHAT THE HELL WERE THOSE CONTRACTORS THINKING? It is worse and when people wait in line they are practically on top of those sitting at the table.

I usually come to this location for my favorite Spinach, feta & egg white wrap before work. Twice the egg in my wrap was cold. After notifying the manager the first time he offered a free drink at my next visit. I didn’t bother calling yesterday, I’m hoping today’s wrap won’t be cold again. They’ve only over cooked my wrap once, and again was given a free drink. Service could come with a smile every now and then.
Update: A customer waiting only a few mins said she hadn’t receive her drink and they made it right away. I had already been waiting 15 mins for my green iced tea. Ridiculous. I explained my situation and the barista made my drink right away too. My drink was over filled and spilled on my purse. Second time this has happened.

I thought I would give this Starbucks a chance but ugh, not any better than others. Let me start that I have gone inside and the Barista Cameron is the BEST. Today I chose the drive thru and it was another Starbucks disappointment. Ordered …

Went in because the drive thru was packed. No customers inside. 8 employees and not only did they not make my drink in a timely fashion when they did make it they didn’t put any sugar in it! Once again, venti iced coffee with cream and classic sweetener is too difficult for this inefficient and slow starbucks. If it wasn’t so close to my house I wouldn’t go but I have no other options. Thanks for ruining my morning once again!

Starbucks is Starbucks but this particular location in the mornings is packed both inside and in the drive-​thru. I rate this location a 3 because when I have visited other locations with a drive-​thru, say the one on Ming & Ashe, they have been much more quick with service and their employees seem happier. The employees here really depend on who is working the drive-​thru window or register, which to me is a let down at times.
The experienced inside Starbucks seems better to me though, as the service seems better. Do not get me wrong, I frequent this Starbucks more often then other locations so maybe that is why I am being critical, who knows! I will say this, you can never go wrong with a Shaken Green Tea, no water and with syrup! Well unless you need caffeine, it is not something that will awaken you.

This might be the worst Starbucks in Bakersfield, and most of them are pretty bad here.
Don’t go through the drive through unless you’re willing to risk a half hour wait. That’s with only 4 or 5 cars in line.
If you go inside, expect to be generally ignored by most of the staff and you will see their slowest barista working the register. This morning I went in and waited for 15 minutes in a line of 6 people with basic orders. I watched one partner stand by the warming station rather than making any attempt at expediting the line.
It shouldn’t take this long to get a cup of coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The workers here have always given me a warm welcome. Yes the drive thru line could get pretty long but that’s a given because everyone comes during the rush times (morning, lunch, dinner). And its the only Starbucks on the very southwest part of town. So cut the workers some slack, they are already stressed from the long lines, and bitchy customers. So take a chill pill.

I banned this place for a while and haven’t been here for over a year but they have really cleaned up their act. My precious experience was filled with errors and mistakes but have been great the last few times I have been coming. The service is friendly and up to par on the time factor.
