Nice staff & pretty good coffee. We stopped here while on a carnival cruise. Walked around & found this cute little coffee shop & decided to try. My bf works at Starbucks so he loves to try different coffee from places. He approved of this place.

I love Catalina coffee and cookie. They have wonderful treats and good coffee on your birthday. The staff there is attentive and friendly. I recommend Catalina Coffee and Cookie Co to anyone who stays in Catalina island.

If youre on the island and are looking for good espresso and a quick sweet treat, go here. Tea is just ok but they flavor their specialty drinks just right! and the cookies here will remind you of Disneyland.

This place is so cute. The girls who attended us were so sweet. They have outside seating which was amazing. There are palm trees every where and it’s just a perfect atmosphere to enjoy your morning coffee. If I ever go back to Catalina island you bet I’m coming here.

My husband and I went here for breakfast and coffee every morning we stayed on the Island! Cinnamon bun is huge and delicious, I had a bagel and a breakfast sandwich and those were great as well. If you keep your cup you get $ 1 refills all day. The ladies that worked there were extremely nice and we’ll definitely be back next time we are on the island!

Catalina Coffee and Cookie is your average coffee place after a long day walking around the island. I got the donut croissant and it was actually decent. The tea was actually sweetened to my liking. I admit it was a tad watered down since it tasted quite icy. The service was not that bad either. The server who took my order had a smile on her face and was welcoming. Not much to say about this place is that its an average place to go.

So many options! There are a handful of ice cream places on the Island, but the Coffee & Cookie Co. seems to be the place for everything else. I’ve had a lot of things from here, so I’ll sum it up in one post: Cinnamon Rolls — Huge and YUM Rice Crispie Treats(dipped in choco and undipped) — Huge and YUM too Cronuts — Great! Can’t remember the flavor(s) I had, but awesome recipe Flat Bread Breakfast Sandwich — Tasty and filling Breakfast Burrito — Good ingredients and great flavor Frozen yogurt — Great flavors, consistency, and toppings. It’s not the first thing you focus on when you enter, but look around I’m not a coffee drinker, but I’ve heard that they have great coffee. And if you’re there on your birthday,(tip), remember to get your free cup of Joe. I’ve said«great» many times in this post, but everything I’ve tried here has been unbelievably solid… or great!

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the coffee and the food. The coffee was a-ok and the food was very expensive! I would rather go down the plaza and get breakfast and coffee at Café Metropole or another place. I would come if I had limited time and needed a quick grab of bite to eat. Other than that, I got the iced coffee and it was average but my fiancé got iced tea and he was happy with his because they brew their iced teas as you order it!

It was the visual of my best friend noshing an exceptional looking breakfast sammich that caused me to walk in. This was my order: ‘I hear you guys make the best breakfast sammich, let’s see what you got!‘ Jackie, with a classy SoCal wink took great care of me. Everything bagel, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese and fresh egg all toasted to perfection. The portion and the price is right!

Came here while on our vacation, this place is a short walk down from the house we rented so came in for my morning espresso drink. They know how to make a real macchiato here! This is not the mermaid place for sure which is a relief! Excellent coffee, excellent service today! Bought my kids the Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls and they all agreed that it really was best ever! I’m looking forward to my return:)

What can I say, my sister and I had a fun full day on the island and were in need of a little bit of sweetness and a nice place to sit and rest for a spell. We came in this cute little shop and saw the delicious looking cookies and decided to share 4.(GOBIG!) WHEW! These cookies were no joke! I dont want to say they were HEAVY because that sounds bad, but they were so good and filling, we couldnt finish them all! If I’m ever back on the island, I will come here for a sweet treat.

Nice coffee, tea, pastry, and frozen yogurt place to snack. I had a black honey tea and tasted the in house cinnamon roll. Yum ! The service was nice and the lady helping me was patient and accommodating to my curious and indecisive party. If in the area again this would definitely be a stop that I wouldn’t mind making. The cinnamon roll is also recommended.

You enter the business and the first thing that is seen is the huge array of desserts. I ordered a basic chocolate chip cookie with nuts I believe and it was delicious. I also ordered a coffee and that’s where I was a bit disappointed. You can tell right away that it isn’t fresh! A cute location but the coffee isn’t impressive.

Cute spot! I’ll be honest… I went for the free birthday coffee! I was on the island alone for my birthday freebies and I needed a pick-me-up from the early wake up anyway so I went walking through the village-y shopping center and stumbled upon this little shop. I saw the name on the«Birthday Island» list of freebies so I went in with my pin in full view and I think they may have checked my ID but otherwise the girls were totally friendly and awesome. The little barista told me I could have my choice of coffee(hot or iced) OR for $.25 cents more I could upgrade to a large… BOOM — SOLD! Large iced coffee yes please! I got my coffee, dolled it up with some creamer and cinnamon and went on my way. Absolutely zero complaints here… I would have bought a cookie but I knew I had a free ice cream cone waiting for me on the main street so I passed. Thanks for the friendly service and the cup of birthday cheer!

Of all the birthday«freebies» offered in town as extras with the Catalina Express birthday package, this is the only one that is actually gives the birthday boy or gal a free gift. All the others were either a percentage off or $ 10 purchase required on pricey items. I was happy to receive my $ 3 Butter Rum Gavina coffee! We were there on a chilly windy day! The very charming guy working the counter saw me rocking that blue Birthday ribbon and wished me a «Happy Birthday!» and handed me a cup. I liked the variety of flavors to choose from. Went with the Butter Rum to try something new. Pretty good! We also bought an apple turnover which he warmed up for us and that tasty treat helped warm us up a bit more. This cute little shop is located inside a small shopping plaza and there’s tables in the courtyard. Nice place to hang out for a while. Thank you for my coffee!

Free 16 oz gourmet coffee for bday person. And they have a good selections of coffee! And my hubby went with the butter flavore and it’s awseome. I ordered a single latte with soymilk. It’s pretty good! It’s a bit hidden in a plaza, but worth dropping by. I didn’t get a chance to try their bakery, hope i remember next time when i’m there. Plus, they have all the cute mugs there, had quite fun browsing through them.

I was walking by when I smell the cookies, I had to stop and check it out. This coffee shop has a good variety of cookies and sweets. They even have Gluten Free cookies, which is always a plus. I got peanut butter cookies, a macaroon, gluten free chocolate chip cookies and a cup of coffee. The cookies were delightful and the macaroon was good as well. Now, too bad I can’t say the same about the coffee. The coffee is definitely not the winner and it’s the reason why I knock down two stars. The coffee was Too watery and very tasteless. The service was ok. The two young ladies working there were inviting and they both worked fast. I definitely recommend this spot if you are looking for good sweets,(rich in sugar.) although, I do not recommend it if you are looking for good coffee. There’s a better coffee place about a block away from this coffee shop.

On the day off departure, my boyfriend and I decided to get some caffeine and cookies early in the morning. Luckily within walking distance – although pretty much everything is – there was this little shop down the street from our hotel. It’s cute and there are many desserts to indulge in, but I don’t like the idea of self-serve coffee. I like the idea of coffee being freshly brewed to your convenience. That’s my favorite part about a coffee shop, probably. The experience of receiving that deliciously crisp cup of brew. Although, I don’t exactly like coffee, but same goes with their tea. I got something with the name similar to an Oreo cookies and cream frappé, and my boyfriend poured his own coffee. To top it off, I got a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and he got a peanut butter cookie. It’s interesting because in one corner of the tiny shop, there’s a self-serve frozen yogurt area. I love the idea of self-serve yogurt, of course. It’s a more typical thing as you can put as many toppings as you want! The workers all looked so young, like in high school or even middle school, to be honest. The customer service wasn’t fully there. It’s early in the morning, a coffee shop should make someone’s day. Regardless of that, I did enjoy my drink and cookie. Since the shop is so tiny, there is a lot of seating right outside of it. This shop is actually within, or in the center of, a little«plaza-shop» area with other types of stores.
