What great customer service! We do love their products, especially the Ekornes line. We had purchased a sofa and two recliners about twelve years ago and recently purchased two love seats and a recliner for another room. One of the old recliners needed a repair. Copenhagen ordered the part from Denmark, is picking up my chair tomorrow for the installation. We have come not to expect such professional and courteous treatment and Copenhagen gets top rating in my book! Jim West

We bought a dining room set and was promised a 500 gift card from Glen. We were sent only 250 and when confronted about the missing amount we were told that it was a mistake and the manager would not honor the original amount even though it’s in writing. Glen would not look at us… coward!!!

I was a very loyal customer to this place until I had bought a coffee table that didn’t work in my living room. When I went to return it the same salesman who sold me the table and numerous other pieces over the past was rude and condescending to me. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

I’ll give them 2 stars because I actually thought their selection and layout was nice. For such a nice store and seeing how another couple and myself were the only people in the store, I would’ve expected much better service. I saw some workers at the front desk and when they saw me I was not acknowledged at all. After about 10 – 15 mins or so, a woman approached me if I needed any help but she couldn’t have been less friendly. When I said I was just browsing, she just turned and walked away without saying another word. For a place that you would easily drop a couple of grand at, they sure don’t give a crap about their potential customers.
