Since the last time I reviewed I have given this place a few more trys. This morning when I went through drive thru the service was quick and amazing. Hannah was at the window and she was very sweet and talked to me long enough to pay for my drink. They were out of Caramel Brulee so I went with a caramel latte and they put the CB sprinkles on top. The drink tastes fantastic! I hope they continue to be this amazing

I often travel a lot between San Miguel and San Luis Obispo for business and school. I love coming here ordering a frappachino and working on my laptop especially because it has a lot of comfortable seating and its rather quiet. I havent had any problems with service.

RUDE and aggressive. I ordered a simple coffee trap with whip cream. I asked the person taking the order for whip cream. When I got to the window the young lady just throws the drink at me and charged me for it. I asked politely for whip cream she grabs it back and than begins to inform me that next time I should let the person taking the order know before hand. I informed her I did and that the receipt clearly states add whip cream. She shrugs her shoulders and said she didn’t take my order. Lol! She must be having a bad day and is nice enough to take it out on me.

The drive thru staff is very friendly and quick, how ever the iced Caramel macchiatos here taste like milk. And the manager is rude. The first time this happened I went in to ask for more espresso and I believe it was a manager I had happened to ask, I forgot her name but she had blonde hair. She was very rude about the whole thing she had immediately got defensive and said she made the drink so she knew it had enough espresso and I would have to pay for another shot. I told her that’s fine, I’ll pay for another shot. It still tasted very milky to me which they never do. I went back next time thinking maybe it was just that once, and it still tasted like milk. Anyway, it was a waste of time and possibly some of the worst service I’ve ever had at Starbucks. If you want a good iced caramel macchiato, go to the one by target it’s way better. And Worth the price!

Rudest customer servive I ever .this location. I asked for a frappuccino breve. They got. the order wrong and put milk in it instead of half.and.half. when I went back and told them they. asked the drive through employee and he said he had made it correctly. Then the employee that I. was talking to «accused» me of lying. I. said taste it!.She then turned her back on me, shook. her head, and made. a rude comment about me. They did replace it with the correct one, but at my expense. Never again Starbucks. You know that. there are two others in town that.are.definitely more efficient and.friendly.

I like the convenient location and the quick drive thru option. The inside offers a very cozy atmosphere and the outdoor seating is nice. This Starbucks offers a quieter, more intimate coffee shop vibe than othet Starbucks in busier and more crowded locations. Friendly service.

Staff were helpful, friendly and quick. VERY busy drive through. Table was dirty but only a few crumbs. I can see how that would get overlooked. I’ll be back!

Came here one night after shopping at home depot and it was the worst coffee ive ever received from a Starbucks. My brother works at one in Orange County and hes had me taste alot of the coffees and i know what they should taste like

Not my favorite starbucks in the area. I went through the drive thru — only car in line, mid-day and waited 8 minutes for a simple Latte. It was made right, but seriously?

I recently moved from Paso to Atascadero. I originally went to the Starbucks in Paso near Food4Less and it cost a little over $ 3.00 for a frappaccino with no coffee… I then started coming to this Starbucks by Home Depot and they rang me up for the same order at $ 4.55. I had asked the girl at the window why the price was so different and that’s when she went and got the manager. He came to the window and said, «I hear you have a question» «I just want to know how the price can be so different between the Paso Starbucks and this one» and his reply, I kid you not was, «…we ARE trying to make a profit here…» and I said back…“you really just said that? just give me my change I’m never coming back here again“ talk about rude customer service. After reading some of these reviews and talking to other people about this, it’s not the first time people have dealt with rude service here. Drive a few more miles to the other drive thru by Vons in Atascadero.

This location is usually always busy. The staff is friendly and they do their best to get you in and out fast. Beware though, they fill the drive-thru orders before the lobby orders. Otherwise, they’d get 5 stars.

This Starbucks is tucked out of the way, so it isn’t as populated as some of the others in SLO County. They also have a drive-thru for easy on the go jolts of coffee crack. I like the fact that they are located literally right off Highway 101 exit, so you can grab your coffee and go. If you’re a business owner, there’s a Staples and Home Depot right next door which are good pitstops to hit while you grab your java.

Best little secret Bucks on your way north on 101. Seriously, even if you know where it is you’ll miss the exit at least 8 out of 10 times. :-/

Below average starbucks experience. Barista lady was rude and told me to «hold on» even though there were literally no other customers in the store. It was weird. Frap I got was separated before I could pick it up and was missing the carmel I asked for. The depressing location goes hand in hand with the depressing experience. Next time I am driving home to Oakland from SoCal I will stop in SLO or skip this experience all together.

Depressing place to get coffee. Only person that looked like she didn’t hate her job was the girl taking orders. Everyone else had mad affects, no smiling, no talking. Tried to say good morning to woman wearing all black, nothing… Said thank you to girl who have me my order, nothing… These people need to learn people skills if they plan on working in a customer service based business.

Quick stop on a long drive from Los Angeles to SF. The good: almond toffee cookie, vanilla bean frap The bad: the chocolate banana Vivanno(not sweet at all, weird) The ugly: the restroom was a hot mess, figuratively and literally
