I am a customer in this place for 5 years now i even know the old owner i usually go without my kids and i go in the morning but unfortunately i had to go today with my 2 kids and honestly my kids didn’t do anything they were just watching me and playing and giggling together and everyone thought they were cute. on my way out one of the technicians over there told me that one of the customers complained about my kids and this is a spa place where she wants to relax so please don’t bring your kids with you next time and find them a baby sitter, Really!!. The place was packed and there was 5 teenagers and they were too loud i even got annoyed by them but i didn’t say anything. this was my first time i take my kids with me.
This is too bad i used to like this place but will never go back there again

This is the best and my go to place to get my nails done in Ashburn /​Loudon.
Everyone is great here but I am faithful to Tee who is extremely skilled and does a professional job. They call you by your first name and you don’t feel like a #. Did I tell you they had a steady flow of customers purchasing gift certificates during Mother’s Day for which they ran out of? ;-) Highly recommend!

Best nail salon in Ashburn! They are so nice and take their time painting your nails! I took in a picture of the design I wanted and they nailed it!

I wanted to try a new nail place in Ashburn, so I decided to go to Nail Design for a pedicure. This place is located near my favorite Mexican and sushi spot, so I went by one day (while I was grabbing sushi to go) to check their prices. When I walked in for a price check one of the technicians noticed me and spoke– that is a plus right there because I hate walking into a nail salon or any place where I am not greeted! I asked how much was their pedicure and she told me $ 30. I didn’t have time for a pedicure that day but I decided since I was greeted I would go back.
I ended up going to get a pedicure that following Saturday morning and there was actually no wait. I was asked to choose my color while they prepared the pedicure chair. Once I chose a color, I went in the back and they got started. My technician did not really talk or say much. But their message chairs work really good and felt oh so good while I was getting my feet worked on. At one of my original nail spots a message of your legs generally comes with your pedicure – here they give you a really short 1 minute message and if you want a longer one you have to pay — think it was $ 12. Umm nooo, that is ok. My technician also asked did i want the spa treatment with my pedicure, I told her no the basic was fine (I am not sure how much more that is). When she did place the oil on my leg for my short rub down it did irritate my skin and turned my leg red. My pedicure only lasted a week and now my paint has chipped really badly. I would expect for a $ 30 dollar pedicure that my color should last longer. I really would like to give them a 2.5 but we will round up in this case.

I have not been to this salon in years, but I needed a change so I went back and I am glad I did. I got a great gel fill. My only complaint is that it costs a bit more than the other salons in the area.

I came across this salon when one that had been recommended couldn’t fit me in. I walked in and was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist. They took me right away. I picked my color and went back to the pedicure chair. Nancy did my pedicure and gel manicure and was amazing! I got the spa pedicure which was a little more than their basic, but well worth it. The massage I received was by far the best I have had in a while. I will definitely be coming back to this salon and would highly recommend it

Best pedicure ever… And it was only $ 29! I have paid three times as much for a far less superior pedicure. I got their basic pedicure, I can’t imagine how great the spa pedicure is… I will definitely go back

I really like this salon. I’ve lived in Ashburn for about 8 months and have probably been to all if the nail salons in the area. I started going to this place about 2 months ago and have not yet been disappointed.
Their spa pedicure is amazing, they do a 15 minute massage. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and all the women who have done my nails so far have been great.
The pricing is average for the area. I paid $ 35 for a shellac French manicure. The woman did an awesome job keeping them as natural looking as possible.
I recommend this place. I have always gone without an appointment, but obviously make one if you want a specific person (I am bad as I never remember names) or go during high traffic times.
Oh and you cannot put a tip on your credit card. They have an ATM in the lobby for your convenience, so have some cash on you.

Been a client of this salon for the past 3 years. Love the service and everyone working there. Friendly and courteous atmosphere. Everyone works as a team in delivering great services to their clients. I often observe other clients’ interactions with the staff. They all seem to have the same comfort level not just one particular technician but with the rest of the team. It is good to be able to walk in at any time and know you will have a great experience with your mani/​pedi.

Went in yesterday. The people who work there are polite and friendly, yes. I’ve been here a few times since it’s right across the street from my house, but I try to avoid coming here as much as possible. I go in every time for the same thing. Full set. I forget who does my nails, but it seems they only have one person capable of doing a full set, as I went in yesterday and had to wait 20 minutes. There were other people working there just sitting around, but I guess they don’t know how to do acrylic. I paid when I first walked in, so I couldn’t just leave. While waiting I was never offered a magazine or anything, while they offered more than a few things to the woman next to me getting her feet scrubbed. I left to run home and get something since I was waiting anyway. Then when it was my turn, the woman doing my nails seemed like she was rushing. She was very sloppy and burned my finger tips multiple times while she was sanding my nails. She also got nail glue all over my fingers.
I wouldn’t go here by choice. So if you’re coming here for a full set, try looking at other places. Also price is $ 30. And they seem to have only have a small range of colors. I was looking for a green and not one shade of green was there.
