We had a great experience! Located in the A terminal and flying on Southwest. It was about 5:30am and we were able to snag a whole cheese pizza($ 16) for our family in about 5 mins(the pizza was already in the oven and they let us take that one). The staff was super nice and the pizza was excellent(& we can be pretty picky about pizza). It was piping hot and hit the spot for the youngest to the oldest members of our group. Not to shabby when needing to feed a giant brood like ours!

Hot mess. Lousy concept. Pick your sandwich on a touch screen. Go pick up chips and drink on other end then walk across aisle to pay. Oh it’s freshly made but it’s a $ 17 turkey sandwich and a Coke. I don’t often wish for McDonalds but I wanted it today. Oh and my order was wrong.

This was legitimately one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I arrived at my gate at 4:50 a.m. and was informed they didn’t open until 5 a.m. That was fine… I said I would come back for coffee, which had already been brewed and put out, in a few minutes. At 4:57 a.m. I arrived back at the business and patiently waited in a line that was quickly forming. Right at 5 a.m. a few boxes of pastries were delivered. The staff member(who had already been rude and dismissive about telling me and a few others that they didn’t open until 5) proceeded to unload all four boxes of pastries into a case for display, while the line just got longer and longer. We were not even acknowledged until 5:17, when she finally looked up at us and said with a little attitude, «can I help you?» Yes. Yes. You may. Coffee please. Kill ‘Wm with kindness. I could go on about a few other occurrences of poor customer service(the lady in front of me was patiently waiting for 25 minutes and got to the counter only to be told they weren’t serving what she wanted yet), but the bottom line is that poor management is clearly in place at this establishment.

This place has an okay good slice for airport food. Several different slices to choose from and ingredients are much better than what you would expect from an airport stand. Dough is good, toppings good, but the sauce is not amazing. Not awful, but would not go out of my way to repeat.

The staff were super sweet and congenial, but the broccoli pizza was truly terrible. Soft dough with no crunch(medium thickness) and everything kind of tasted of a semi-sweet flavorlessness except for the syruped-broccoli(no bueno). But the slices are the cheapest thing in this Southwest terminal food desert.

the pizza was okay but the prices are RIDICULOUS. $ 5 for a BAGEL with cream cheese extra? really? the cashier acted like she just didn’t want to be there. of course they have an advantage because the food options in terminal A at the airport SUCK, but still their prices are absolutely ridiculous.
