I used their web site to explore the current menu at leisure, considering various options without the noise and line in the store. When I had made my choice, it was simple to customize it and place the order without any need to sign up for an account. I was told it would be ready in ten minutes. Ten minutes later, I walked into the store and quickly found the rapid pickup shelf, where my order was waiting. I was in and out in less than one minute! My lunch was the BBQ chicken salad, which was fresh and tasty. I like the fact that I can order the dressings on the side and control how much I want. I also LOVE that this lunch is quite low in sodium for a restaurant meal. I’ll be back!

Just average Panera. Good but not great food, terrible attitude problems with staff, like Anna, tonight. Customer service skills are skills worth having if you’re going to have a job like this.

A normal Panera experience for me, expensive, slow, and bland. I keep giving them second chances every once and a while and I’m never impressed. I ordered 2 You Pick 2’s with a friend and they took a long time to make, 5 minutes, and I was the only order. The cashier was rude and did not know how to process my transaction without a manager. When a manager arrived she scolded the employee in front of me and said he didn’t need her. The panini leaked all over my plate as there was no coaster today and I had to ask for knives with my baguette. Also the butter was warm which was kind of disgusting. Butter should be served cold. Also the downstairs door and bathroom have graffitti and need to be repainted. Also, the bathrooms need an air freshener.

I used the app to order for a pickup while I’m having a seat not in the line. I liked the app very easy to use and the best thing is that it can be connected to your apple health app to sync nutrition details for your order. Very fresh food and tasty as always. The only thing that I would recommend is to make the veg autumn soup less sweet

Your average Panera. I had a chicken panini with chips and was in a time crunch but the panini was made very fast, so that was good. Nice interior, prime location(right on North U near State), and yummy eats. I’ll be back here when in the area at some point.

I have had numerous issues at this location when ordering by phone or online such as them forgetting utensils or dressing for salads. This time I did an online order for Rapid Pickup and made sure to check the bag for everything. It was all there. Upon getting home, however, I found that for $ 1 extra I got 3 tiny slivers of chicken on my Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. Not worth the upgrade. Poor service again

The people who work here clearly need to be retrained. Waited 25 minutes for 3 cups of soup and 1 sandwich. Went up to the cashier who took our order and asked when our meal would be up, as we didn’t hear my name and the buzzer we had didn’t go off. She said my name wasn’t put on our order, though she took it, and the buzzer may have been put under a wrong #. She instructed me to check the pick up area and I spoke to the lady behind the counter. Sure enough, there’s my order and I asked to speak to a manager. He was very polite and apologized, replaced our soups(which had gone cold), he even offered us cookies for our inconvenience.
