Last night my daughter brought home onion rings that were so badly burned that they were inedible. I took a picture of them and will be returning in the morning with the whole burnt mess. She was not given a receipt so I’m keeping them to return.

There’s a new girl on drive thru she apparently was new… Because she was so frustrated that she couldn’t comprehend on what we wanted she was extremely rude n dared to lie to the manager in front of us about us saying something we didn’t say. But there’s this nice lady I think her name was Raeann or something like that. She on the other hand was and is always really nice. She is the reason for my 4 stars. To the new girl at this location «if you’re going to apply for a job have atleast a good attitude towards the customers, don’t huff and puff at them thinking they can’t hear u over the loud ass drive thru speaker. »

DO NOT get the spicy chicken sandwich from this Jack in the Box. I bit into the sandwich and I noticed I had to put a little more effort into biting through it. I started chewing and it was a tad bit tough so I spit it out and looked at the rest of the sandwich. The chicken was hard and would not easily come apart when pulled. I ended up taking out the «spicy chicken» (which wasn’t spicy at all, BTW) and ended up eating just the bread, tomato, and lettuce. WILL not order this sandwich again.

I am writing this review solely based on my experience with a young man who took our drive through order. First, the speaker actually works. How many times have you gone through drive-​through and felt like you were talking to someone on Mars? This speaker was clear and audible.
Second, the young man at the window was fluent in English. You are saying to yourself… what?! I know right?! At the drive through, you usually get a Spanish-​speaking person who is polite but incomprehensible or some snot-​nose kid who can speak English but is absolutely rude. Bravo, Jack-​in-​the Box in Fullerton, CA!

This jack in the box is super close to my place and close to the 91freway. The staff are good and the store is clean. I mostly go to the drive thru but the times I have gone in its clean. The Oreo shakes are sooo yummy! They give you a good amount of sauces and they don’t count them like Wendy’s does! Nothing bad to say about this place and I am glad it’s near me so I can get my taco fix everything now and then

Went at midnight, the drive thu was really hard to understand. We ordered a few things and they managed to get every piece of our order wrong. Wrong soda, regular fries instead of curly, cheese when specifically asked for no cheese. I couldn’t believe that they managed to get everything wrong. Awful. So bad, take the extra time to go to a different jack in the box, DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is pretty good. The staff here is nice and knows what they are doing. If the mess up then they make it right. People are human therefore the make mistake, it is how they come back from that mistake that counts.

We only came here because Mc Donald’s on Brookhurst near the freeway to get to fullerton and the mc Donald’s on Euclid were packed at night. We were literally in line at the one on Brookhurst for 5 – 10 minutes not moving at all! And we were far from the intercom so my boyfriend and I left and ended to Jack in the box since drive thru was less crowded!
Food– Okay, Good it’s just jack in the box.
Service is fast. «Fast food restaurant»
BUT they forgot to give us napkins. And they didn’t ask if we wanted any ketchup, hot sauce for the tacos.
So 3 stars for not being that crowded at night we were starving from returning from Disneyland.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to! Could not take a simple order at the drive thru — #6 with no mayo and a dr. Pepper. Went inside and they catered to the drive thru customers while taking 10+ min for my order. There was NO ONE inside the establishment. Just horrid.

Ive been coming here for about 14 years now since I live near this joint. It’s nothing special, and its never packed. I love that. They have chill workers here, and I enjoy the drive-​thru very often. Their steak melt is pretty awesome, and I love their fish n chips. Jack in the box has one of the worst nutritious values compared to other fast food places, but the food is great But don’t ever let the food get lukewarm. Always eat jack In the box food when its hot.

The 4 times I’ve been there (should have stopped at 2… I know) I have gotten sick to my stomach. I really don’t know why. But either 1.) They are a dirty place with dirty workers or 2.) They don’t cook the meat thoroughly. And to top it off. They once got my order wrong 3 times! As in, I went back and they said they would fix it but they got it wrong again. Went back and they got it wrong AGAIN! Until I just gave up and walked away. The workers there are also rude! She got mad because I kept asking (politely) to fix my order. And another time I asked for condiments and she told me they were in the bag but when I got home they weren’t…a tad annoying. NEVER going there again! This place should be shut down!
