I spent quite a bit of money as we know Carl Jr. Is not cheap and I went to ask for hot sauce as I bought several tacos from Green Burrito and a burrito as well. I went up to the counter and asked for hot sauce and she ask how many and I said quite a few and she still only gave me three. Very poor service and the store was not clean either. Food on the floor. I would never come back here again…

Omg! I am super surprised that this Carl’s only has a two stars rating. I had the most peculiar experience here in a good way. I don’t particularly take the time to type reviews for a fast food joint. Simply because you most likely expect a one to three stars at max. However, this Carl’s Jr. deserves a BIGFIVE from me. Maybe they’ve raised the bar. Keep this up and you guys will be the highest rated fast food joint to come. So, my friend and I wasn’t so hungry, so we decided to share the 4 for $ 4 deal. I was definitely reluctant due to the horrendous experience I had with Wendy’s 4 for $ 4 deal. Surprisingly, it was quite the opposite, both burgers were outstanding, the fries were crunchy as it should be with a free refill drink. All that great foods for $ 4, quite a deal. But, it’s not the meal alone to earn the 5 stars. It’s the outstanding service we got as well. From the moment we walked in, we were provided with exceptional service. The cashier was super friendly, in addition, the food was brought over to us. When we left, a couple of the employees thanked us loud and proud for visiting them. That did it, I was definitely WOWED! I was thinking to myself, damn, I got better service than some fancy Cheesecake Factory I go to. If this is a new theme for management, keep up the great work. Furthermore, the restaurant was immaculate. Even the restroom was clean and didn’t smell funny. As I said, super weird experience in a great way. Will definitely be back next time I crave me some Carl’s. Tips: Nice spacious parking lot with easy access both in and out. Well what can I say, I really like this place BUT their service is not all that. I attended to UEI College right next door and i’d go often for my breaks(which were only 20 mns). Taking in consideration that you have a school right next door and that MOST of their students go here on there breaks you would think that they knew our break hours and at least for those 20 mns put more cashiers to assist, but NOOOOO ! EVERYDAY it was the same problem, long line and us with only 20 mns to eat, it wasn’t enough time. I wrote it on their little concerns card EVERYSINGLE time I was in there but they never changed anything about it. They are SSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow ! Anywho, aside from that its all good in there. But please fix that lil problem for the rest of UEI students. Thankyou!!!

Just the worst drive thru I been to in a long time. I will never go back. The made me wait about 10 min after I pulled to the front. I ended up having to go inside and they still didn’t have it. Just got my money and left. Never again

If I was able to I’d give a zero start rating. This place is right next to the uei school knowing every day what time the schools breaks are they always have 1 person taking orders they need to have more than 1 person we have a 20 minute break and don’t need to spend the whole 20 minutes in line to order unexceptable and the manager doesn’t even cate !! HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICEASWELL

I will give this place one star if any just for the accuracy of the food quality to other Carl’s juniors but other than that I was highly disappointed with my visit. Me and my boyfriend came here to eat and we usually get the number 3 but I wasn’t in the mood for that today. So I needed some extra time to think and I realized another person came into line behind us. So then I insisted that they go ahead because I actually needed more time. One person just needed sauces so as the cashier helped them while me and my boyfriend continued to look at the menu. But when she returned«Elizabeth» the cashier helping us spoke to us in a rude and moody tone that I really did not appreciate and she pretty much shoved us to the side when their are more polite and more effective ways to communicate. I was so offended I continued straight to find her manager and as I told her manager I was expecting her to be more embarrassed about the situation rather than acting as if it always happens and she was okay with it. Then all she did to resolve the situation was say that she will speak to the employee«Elizabeth». But I highly doubt that it will improve their quality of customer service. I was very irritated that I was shoved to the side by the employee and disregarded by their manager. I AMNEVERPLANNINGTOEATATTHISCARLSJUNIORAGAINAND I HIGHLYRECOMMENDGOINGSOMEWHEREELSE.

I wish I could give no stars but whatever I’ve had several bad encounters with this Carl’s jr but today was the worst one ever. I go at 5:40am for breakfast as there sign says«serving breakfast at 5:30am.» I thought I was in the clear. nope! The rude lady at the drive thru yells at me that biscuits are not ready till 5:45 okay… so I wait the 5 mins just to go thru the drive thru again and be told at that it will be another 10mins like wth?! Whatever you lost my business plus the other two cars who wanted breakfast

Only giving two stars because i have had some good service here by three people. Wish i knew their names so i could thank them directly. :) OK First off. The security guard that«patrols» that area obviously doesnt do his job. Im all about helping people in need, but when some homeless person is right next to the drive thru box asking for money. It gets a little uncomfortable. I offered to buy a man something to eat cause he said he was hungry and wanted some change. I only had my debit card on me at the time. I felt bad for him and I wanted to help. So, I offered him a FREE hot meal OFANYTHINGHEWANTEDONTHEMENU to get him through the night. He REFUSED and simply said«um. can i just have the money» …AREYOUKIDDINGME?! You say your hungry and yet refuse a meal? An actual hot meal from a menu and not the trash. An actual meal someone offered to buy for you?! LOWANDBEHOLD«RENT-A-COP» ISCHATTINGITUPOBLIVIOUSTOHISJOB. ONLYABOUT20FTAWAYIFLESS. Than the homeless fellow began to argue with me while i was near the call box about ready to order. Needless to say, I wasnt at all comfortable with the situation and went to go eat somewhere else.(After the guy shouted profanity at me and flipped me the happy little middle finger) The next happy incident was with a worker that should have ended with me demanding to speak to her supervisor, but I didnt have time to play«No I didnt-oh yes you did» anywho I ordered one big chicken burger no mayo and a bacon swiss chicken burger Just by themselves.(Not hard right?) I pay at the first window(No big deal. Everything was pleaseant) UNTIL i got to the second window… a worker handed me my order. I asked very politely if I could get a small cup of water(since it was one of those legendary scorchers here in socal) She looked at me, frowned, rolled her eyes and scoffed… !!! «OHHAILNAHLADY!!!» I was appauled by her reaction over a CUP of water. I wasnt asking her to perform a rain dance to get me a river. JUST A CUPOFFRIGG’N WATERWENCH! So i said«excuse me?! Did u just sigh at me for asking for a cup of water?» Of course she denied it like if i had no idea what i was talking about. I asked her again even more frustrated knowing she was lying to me and i know for a fact i didnt drive dreaming up a scenario just to cause a scene and ruin MYDAY, MYTIME, MYLUNCH. Again she denied everything. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. I sank my claws into her little attitude real quick. I didnt even take the water. She probably would have spit in it if she had the chance. She probably didnt realize how loud she even was when she decided to do that. Ugh…headaches.

I rarely give any business a one star but this place was just too much. My boyfriend and I seen that this was the closest place open so we decided to stop and get some food here. The problem all started when we went through the drive thru. The lady on the speaker had to ask us over and over what we ordered. We understood that sometimes they are busy giving change to a customer while taking our order, but we sat there for a few minutes repeating our simple meal orders of a famous star and a chicken sandwich. She would then tell us to hold on. After she told us of our amount, she then says«Oh, I forgot to tell you that we aren’t accepting cards at the moment, only cash.» I was irritated because cars had already pulled up behind us and now we were stuck sitting through the drive thru until everyone in front of us got their order. Although I was not happy I was still hungry so I went to an ATM across the street to pull out money so I could go through the whole process at Carl’s Jr. again. The biggest«wow» moment here was when we gave her a $ 20 for our $ 15.60 bill. She handed us back a five. My boyfriend turned to me and told me that she gave us the wrong change. Right as he said that the lady leaned out of the drive thru window sticking her hand out in a grabbing motion saying«gimme, gimme, gimme.» We were shocked on how unprofessional she was. I think she might have been the most immature 30 year old fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. This is the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to. If you come here, you WILL be disappointed and have to go through a hassle to just get a cheeseburger. Stay clear of this place, the rating here should prove it.

They forgot two out of four burgers in our drive thru order, and we had to drive back to the place to get it. Failure to deliver the product is an automatic one star.

What’s that? Two Carl’s Jr. reviews in a row are not enough? You want a third? Well… OK… I don’t want to disappoint the masses. Kelly W. told me I had to try the turkey burger. I cook turkey burgers at home sometimes and like them so I was curious if this new item was any good at Carl’s. After the pathetic chicken strip experience I was a bit hesitant. There’s three choices, regular, teriyaki, or guacamole. I picked the guacamole burger. It was very good! The turkey patty was juicy, the pepperjack cheese added a nice zing, and the guacamole added some nice flavor. I’d definitely order it again! The only issue I had with it is you miss out on that nice smokey charbroiled flavor you get from the beef burgers. It’s definitely pre-cooked to prevent cross-contamination. OK… I promise that’s it for the Carl’s Jr. reviews for awhile. I don’t care how much you beg me for a 4th review… three is enough.
