Wendy’s

Came to get lunch with my mother, place was clean and decent. They messed up by forgetting to give me my bacon fries but were prompt to fix it when I told them. Shout out to Javier for being cool and having great service.

I would give no stars if possible, my family came to visit from out of town and the Manager stole my moms credit card information. We know it was here because this is the only place where she used her card. When confronted with it they denied it all. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED

The best Wendy’s I have been to. Good food, great service and a beautiful store. The booths are classy and comfortable.

I ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich and instead of asiago cheese they used regular American cheese.

There was no body in front of me but my order still took forever. When i was trying to fill up my soda cup, half of the selections were unavailable. When I finally ended going with my 5^th choice, all their lids were gone! Oh brother, I hope they make more of a effort in checking their self-​service items and supplies.

Came here to buy a large quantity of kid’s meals as a treat for our 4^th graders. We called first to inquire about placing a large order. The lady we spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. My husband stopped by today and to get our food. We received everything that we ordered with no mistakes. They provided us with utensils, napkins, sauces and even a few extras. We also received very courteous, prompt, and friendly service. Of course this is a fast food restaurant, but we received 5 star service from the top notch staff and some tasty food that we all enjoyed. Thank you!!!

One of the worst wendys i’ve ever been too. From their customer service to their hot ass dying area … I’m so disappointed in this spot NEVER COME HERE

This locations looks like it has recently been remodeled, very nice to look at! If you come through the drive through bring a good book with you! You’ll have more than enough time to get through a couple chapters! Also great location of you have social anxiety! Workers are mute! Not one word exchanged, asidefrom my thank you!

Pull into the drive thru at 11:55 pm, after sitting at the ordering speaker for 5 mins without any response I pull forward to the window. I sit at the window for another 3 – 4 mins without seeing a single person.
The hours on the window claim 1am, but apparently they all just disappear right before midnight.

Can’t make the connection when I say I want a large drink I want the entire meal large. Holy shit that’s pretty embarrassing.

It’s Monday around 12:30 stop by for a chicken sandwich cuz I was crazy and when I was on the run went through the drive thru order to my number 8 chicken Asiago sandwich combo chicken came out really dried on one side hard to bite on. Not one to be really negative on my Unilocal but even my fries Weirton filled up to the top as if I only got half order was not too pleased about that I stopped by a chose them I like to get my floor door price that I paid for like I said I was in a rush I had to drive thru can do nothing about it just Unilocaling in my experience, & one more thing the drive thru headsets don’t work so it makes it hard for the employees to hear you that sucks for them because customers are going to get upset with them when it’s really not their fault it’s the owners fault for not spending money on new equipment

I got 2 jr cheese burgers with extra pickles! Am i blind or somethng? I dont see pickles! Not even1. Nice.

Overall a pretty good experience at this location the cashier alexis did a phenomenal job I asked for everything extra hot and my crispy chx sandwich with no mayo sub ketchup and he got it perfect. He also went back to the person making the sandwiches to assure everything came out correct! Awesome customer service especially from a fast food chain! The only complaint was that the manager on duty had a Nasty grin and attitude on her face and seemed like she hated her job but all in all great experience!

NO SOAP in the Women’s room; no paper towels in the Men’s room leads to poor sanitation.
This location looks clean and modern. Love the multi-​flavored soda machine. Chicken sandwich looked great, burger Wendy’s usual quality, but lack of sanitation robbed my appetite.
Won’t be back.
McDonald’s next door better bet. Über clean restrooms with gobs of sweet smelling soap and air-​dry machines.

Horrible location with horrible customer service. The employees act irritated if you ask them for anything. Last time I checked if you’re in the customer service industry you should at least be friendly that’s what keeps guest coming back there’s way too many Wendy’s around for me to keep returning to this one.

Love the burgers and the chicken sandwiches as well as your guys salads. I definitely will recommend you with my friends and family. I love taking my kids there cause we enjoy eating as well as they do. I will definitely go back again and again.

Since their remodel, this place is good-​looking both inside and out. I always stop by for a bite from the value menu after shopping at the plaza. The food is hot every time! They keep the store clean, service is good, and it’s a great location as well.

I hadn’t been to a Wendy’s for a minute. My burger was really good but the jury is still out on the new fries.
In the past I’ve always said, «If you use the drive thru and your order is wrong when you get home, shame on you!» Well my friend was driving and insisted on using the drive thru and guess what? Shame on her.
So overall I give it four stars. As I was writing this the jury returned with a we like the fries verdict.

Cruised through the drive thru to get the kids some frosted. The gal at the drive thru had a really hard time understanding me and after talking to her at the window I can tell she has a focus issue.
This place is very convenient and has an easy exit path too.

I was craving a baked potato with broccoli and cheese, and had Karen meet me here for dinner. Not all Wendy’s has the broccoli. Only the corporate Wendy’s (not franchised ones), and this location is a corporate owned restaurant.
This location did a remodeling, and it looks fantastic! Very chic and modern, along with the new Coca Cola machine that does like 100’s of combination of drinks.
I got my broccoli and cheese baked potato and added a side of chili. They also gave me «buttery» spread and sour cream, and crackers for the chili. Two potatoes and 2 small drinks came out to about $ 7. What a deal!
I have low expectations when it comes to fast food, but this place did a really good job. They were also very friendly, and the food came out hot and fast.
