I get take out from here a lot, they make a grilled cheese sandwich my toddler will eat and I like their soups. I’ve tried several sandwiches from here, they all are sad and gross. At least when you get them to go, maybe in person they are fresher? When I got a half of a tuna sandwich it was the smallest half of a sandwich imaginable. It was like ¼ of a regular sandwich. The tuna was nasty, I didn’t care for it. Today I got a turkey avocado BLT. The bacon on it WASNOTCOOKED, they made the sandwich with what appeared to be raw bacon. And my avocado still had the peel on it. I ended up giving the turkey to my dogs and tossing the rest. The grilled cheese is a reliable choice. I find the pastries to be blah. They make a chocolate croissant that is made of tears and sadness, it would drive a real French person to anger. I have not found a decent maker of French pastries here in the Buffalo area, if you know of something I’m missing please tell me. The soups though… I can’t complain about the soups. It’s autumn now so they have that butternut squash soup, I love that one. And who can’t help but enjoy broccoli cheddar soup? and they come with bread, nice for dipping. A word of the wise, always get the bowl over the cup to go. It costs $ 1 more and gives you twice as much. The cookies are decent, they do make it easy to get food to go from here. I think I’ll stick to the soups. I saw a woman in the store eating a large, fresh looking salad so maybe I’ll try that next time.

The Pan Era existed in China. It was the period of time when people stopped using traditional Chinese Wok, and began using Western«Pans». Hence Pan Era. My fave Panera in the area. I was last here about 2 months ago to use wifi and grab a cold drink and I’ve probably been here 6 or 7 times in total. It’s comfortable, spacious, and the employees are fairly friendly. I actually have a soft spot for this Panera because it’s nice and comfortable inside, their Wifi works well, and I was able to come in here and get lots of work done(I almost wrote wok), which I really appreciated. The Wifi at Panera isn’t always great, but at this one it absolutely was.

Stopped in here on my way to work. It’s nice that they open at 6am! My favorite bagel ever is their Cinnamon Crunch bagel. It has this amazing cinnamon sugar coating on the top that adds just the right amount of sweetness to each bite! Since I ordered my bagel to go, they toasted it for me and then gave me the container of cream cheese to spread on it myself. This is the only reason I don’t give 5 stars. It would be better if they put the cream cheese on like the other places do. It melts nicely when the bagel is warm after being toasted. The lady who waited on me was very nice and got me in and out within 5 minutes!

The food was ok, but the service was ridiculously poor. They were oblivious to customer needs and instead of providing all the food in the same location at the same time I had to go and ask where our ham and cheese soufflé was! Answer — it was on a back counter that they forgot about. Overall ok food, service completely unacceptable.
