I’d rather shop at Budwey than eat at Subway. And Budwey is mostly closed down now so we’re talking about rifling through a construction zone or an abandoned building. Yes, way preferable to the food here. Last ate here about a year ago and could not possibly conceivably have liked it any less. Omg… I don’t even like Subway, but this is literally the worst subway I’ve ever had. Blame my room mate(you know who you are) for insisting we go here. Meanwhile I got a 5⁄5 lemonade from Auntie Anne’s and some delicious Greek food from the little place inside this mall. If you go to Subway, you already have issues(I’m just kidding, we all have issues and lots of my good friends go to Subway, but seriously, do you know how many genuinely delicious sandwiches there are in Buffalo? Where your money actually goes to Buffalonians!?) but seriously, even if you have a Subway fetish, trust me and skipppppp thisssssssssss onnnnnnnnnnne.

This location is inside Eastern Hills Mall. The service was okay, meh. The ingredients seemed relatively fresh. Whatever you do though, do NOT get hummus on your sammie. It is awful! Tasted really sour. Tasted like puke, to be honest. I tried to scrape as much off of my sandwich as I could. Must have been old! I can’t believe it’s an additional charge. It certainly wasn’t worth it. Opt out of that option. Sooooooooo nasty!

I’m not sure which is more surprising, that a sub shop would consistently be out of bread, or that I would continue to bother going in. On at least 4 – 5 occasions I have been in easily 2 – 3 hours before closing only to be told that they were out of bread. Seems like a relatively key item for a sub shop. I am ordinarily a Subway fan but not this one.
