Starbucks

This Starbucks sucks. Every single time we come the line is ridiculous and they are never appropriately staffed. So there is a line out the «door» and 2 people working– one making all the drinks basically the other one taking orders and money. Wtf? It’s not the employees fault it’s management. Have them staffed. It shouldn’t take 30 min to get a tall coffee of the day EVERY time.

This Starbucks sucks. I went to this Starbucks on two separate occasions and they did not have what I ordered both times. First time I ordered a blonde roast coffee. I was told that they don’t brew it after noon. What?! The second time I ordered an ice coffee with soy. Again No soy milk. Both of these items are on the menu and don’t say they are available after a certain time. Will not go to this location again.

Um. Well, I guess this place isn’t very popular with folks, and I kind of agree. I have only visited this place during the afternoons when I need caffeine in my body (when it’s pretty packed busy) so I don’t really get the great customer service you usually find at other Starbucks locations. Even during slow moments, the service was meh.
Although I’ve never really had a bad experience nor poor food encounter here, I agree the service area could use a leg up. But why not since you are located in a mall? People who visit malls are happy and jolly, and if they’re wanting to patronize your Starbucks location, then provide the best customer service. I agree with the other reviewer that no matter what job you have, you are getting paid for what you do. Be happy and pass that along to customers.
If you hate anything relating to the mall (parking, people leisurely moving around, foot traffic), then there are two other Starbucks locations within a reasonable driving distance from this one. One at the end of North Point Pkwy intersecting with Mansell; the other one right inside Target that’s across from the mall. I would recommend the one in Target since the location near Mansell is crazily packed all the time. Service there is a tad better, but it’s nothing compared to other jolly Starbucks personnel. The Target location has really adorable personnel (personality wise). :)

I’m not sure how to rate it. Most of the staff is great. I especially like Stephanie and Erin. But they have some red-​headed step-​child guy who is the single nastiest person I have encountered in thousands of F&B experiences. And he is always nasty. It’s to the point where if I see he’s working, I just skip my Starbucks fix.
The fact they allow this red-​headed clown to stay employed there says they don’t give a flip about customer relations. Luckily the rest of the staff is nothing like him.

I work in the mall so unfortunately I frequent this Starbucks A LOT. The morning crew is fantastic. They get 5 stars. They remember who you are and often times your drink of choice. Their night crew on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. They act like its a hassle to get your drink that you just paid out $ 5 for and often times make it wrong. I love Starbucks but not enough to go in the afternoon! Get some people working their who actually appreciate the job they have!
