I stop here for breakfast quite a bit. On the weekdays, the experience is fine. On the weekends, however, they seem to have a hard time keeping up. They have one person working the line that is 9 people deep, and I swear it is always 20 mins until the souffles are ready. I question if they really even make them here on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Panera near my house is amazing but this one never does anything right. First of all every time I come here the service is slower than normal. You’ll probably spend 20+ minutes waiting in line and staring at the menu until the 3 – 4 people in front of you order their meals. Even if the managers see that the line’s are moving slow they will not help speed up the process. 99.9% of the time they’ll mess up your order no doubt. If you’re planning on ordering a bagel make sure you tell them you want it double toasted otherwise they won’t toast the bagel at all. This time I went in with my mother to have lunch, only to find a piece of plastic in her soup! DONOTCOMETOTHISLOCATION! I guarantee it’ll ruin your entire Panera experience.

The chicken wild rice is a must try if they have it the day. I had it in Minnesota and thought I would have to go back there to try it again, nope Panera saves the day. The oatmeal raisin cookies are consistently good, no question. Mann you don’t understand how clutch rapid pickup is. Saves so much time, order online and just go in grab & go. I just hope no one ever grabs my bag, because like Liam from Taken… I don’t know who you are but I will find you & kill you :)

I really like Panera and specifically this location. I eat there every morning during the week. The food is always fantastic. I really like the staff they are professional and quick. My order is always right which is really becoming a rare thing these days. I have read good things about the sourcing and quality of the ingredients they use and the company receives high marks for that. Finally I really like the smartphone app and the ability to pay with Apple Pay. It’s just super-convenient to order and pay from my driveway and then walk in and pick it up. Just superb. Five stars because they are excellent and there is nothing I would change.

Occasionally I stop by a few different places throughout the week for lunch and today I stopped by Panera bread and it was awesome. The place was clean and the customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this place for lunch.

I ordered a breakfast power sandwich at 10:00 a.m., no crowds, no lines, plenty of workers, and the egg had huge gray smears which were very unappetizing. When I pointed it out they said they needed to get a manager. Should have just apologized and offered a new one right away. Instead manager comes out issues a refund and then goes to the staff to find out what happened. Cmon panera … A little better training in customer service and pride of work would go a long way!

Taste of Napa almond chicken salad sandwich is yuck! :S … Compare to Atlanta bread company, this place is 1 out of 10. I ordered the squash soup for my 6 years old son, he didn’t want a bite… too sweet. :P Grilled Cheese sandwich for kids is okay but with that price, it is a little too high. It was not impressive. I wish the Atlanta Bread company is around Northpoint area.

There’s nothing particularly wrong with this Panera Bread, but it doesn’t really do anything to make itself stand out. Located near North Point Mall, this restaurant can be found near the end of a strip mall next to a PetSmart and Dick’s Sporting Goods. It probably gets most of its traffic from the«well, we’re out running errands anyway, and this is convenient…» crowd. That’s usually my logic when I step in, anyway. This location seems a little bigger than most Panera Breads and does a good amount of business. Still, it’s never over-crowded and you never have to circle like a vulture to find a clean table or booth(I’ve had this problem before at Panera). The food is the same as you’ll find anywhere, and the people are perfectly friendly(even when they’re explaining, as they did with me last time, that they’re out of the first two things you try to order.) Also, I was scandalized to hear that French Onion Soup is no longer on the menu. Whaaaaaaaat? I checked to see if this was some sort of seasonal disaster, but no one seemed to know.

I am in medica sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAYOF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would’ve called me back the day I called him I would’ve been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up — which was out of my way — and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering!

Panera’s food is always standard wherever and whenever I go. This location is unlike any other, providing all the favorites. I enjoyed the seating against the window while I worked for an hour and enjoyed the everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. This item was tasty and I was very satisfied. I refrained from giving a 5 star review because there was no hazelnut coffee when I first went to fill my cup. I notified the girl at the register and she went to ask someone. 15 minutes later, still no coffee. I understood that it was not her priority, so I politely asked another employee who was preparing orders. Another 15 minutes pass and still no sign of the coffee. By now my bagel had gone cold so I was getting annoyed, but stuck it through and finally got my coffee(which was delicious, but not as delicious as it would have been if it was available 30 minutes earlier).

The service at this location is awful. Ordered my meal online and arrive for their«rapid pickup» service. The meal was not ready so after waiting an additional 20 minutes I asked for a refund. The manager and cashier were both rude and not professional. They rang up the refund incorrect and became annoyed when I would not accept a refund for 5 dollars less than what I paid. They did give me the correct amount eventually, but I will not be back

Went here for lunch yesterday. I am trying to eat better during lunch, and choose to have a salad from here. First things first, this place is like grand central station everyday from 11 – 2. If I come here I have to always give myself extra time. I ordered the Strawberry Poppy seed salad because it had good nutrition stats, and looked tasty. I also got a hibiscus large tea which I always love when I come here. I good my salad to-go, and when I opened the box I was disappointed. The fruit that comes on this salad looked great, but the salad itself was watery and loosing colors. I am a snob when it comes to salad. when I go to the grocery store I will stand there, and look at every package until I find one that meets my standard. Great toppings, not so great lettuce…

The service is really bad, the place smell terrible and the cashier was there almost doing nothing, she even didn’t pay attention to my order! The food was terrible also, the salad wasn’t prepare with fresh ingredients and the pasta portion really small! The worst Panera Bread ever! Never going again

First off they can’t spell«michael» kept calling out for Michelle and their buzzer wasn’t working. So we waited too long for food. 3 stars as the food was good and the manager remade the hot sandwich.

I can now see why people rate this place the way they do. the service truly sucks. the employees act like they’re going through hell while standing behind a register. the people making my food made it to go even after I had asked for it to be made for here and got sassy when I tried getting them to fix it. whatever. not a big deal. they ran out of lids for the regular drink I had and I asked one of the managers and she snapped«they’re out there» … isn’t the customer always right? I’m not blind… I ordered the bacon turkey bravo sandwich and it tasted like shit lol. the macaroni and cheese I get every visit wasn’t really hitting the spot. maybe it was just an off day for me. who knows.

Normally Panera is pretty consistent, but this one completely missed the mark. This restaurant is one that starts closing really early. You know the type — they start taking short cuts as it gets closer to closing, stop having certain things that take longer to make, or have pre-made a lot of food all so they can leave as soon as the restaurant closes. Well, this place is like that and the quality of the food suffers. We went here on a Friday night about an hour and a half before closing and the experience was really bad. The food took forever to come out and all I could hear from behind the counter was«we don’t have this» or «we don’t have that». I ordered a Thai Chicken Salad and my wife and daughter both ordered combos that included Asian Sesame Chicken salads. When they came out they were exactly the same — just lettuce, a few chicken pieces and some wonton strips and mine had no dressing. I asked and was told that they were out of the other ingredients for the Thai chicken salad yet they had no problem charging me the extra dollar for the salad anyway. After complaining the manager found the ingredients somewhere which was amazing. The sandwiches we ordered were just slapped together and missing ingredients as well. I don’t know what this place is like during the day but at night I would avoid it.

This is probably the 2nd time I’ve been here, but I can’t really recall. Anyway, I came here today for lunch with a friend that was in the area. I got the usual half and half order: half sandwich & half soup. I got the Southwestern chicken flat bread & cream of chicken with wild rice soup. The soup was delish! Loved it so much. It was creamy and flavorful. The sandwich was okay. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t bad. Above average? Lol. My friend also recommended the Mediterranean chicken sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup as well. The service was above average as the employees were cordial and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seats to choose from both indoors and outdoors. Parking was abundance since it’s at the end of a shopping strip.

I like Panera Bread because it’s consistently good. This location is bigger than average. Got the Mediterranean salad and Mediterranean sandwich — both REALLYREALLY good. The only problem here is that clearing/cleaning off the tables is NOT a priority for the people working here. All the booths were dirty, several other tables, too. Outdoor tables dirty too. This is relatively self serve, and folks put there trays away, but the tables are still crumby and/or dirty. I noticed 1 person that appeared to be a owner/manager. One nice lady wanted a booth, and someone came to clean/wipe the table — still leaving some napkins from prior persons — and not wiping any other tables while she was«at it». Manager, this is a big store, and popular — get/hire enough staff to maintain your restaurant!
