Been to this location at least 4 times in the past few months trying to get a jalapeño pretzel, it’s never available. They don’t even offer to make it fresh. Why is this on the menu of they can’t supply it? If it’s so popular that it’s always sold out, then why don’t they prep more.

First time I visited the Auntie Annie’s in the bottom level of North Point Mall and I didn’t feel welcomed by the unfriendly employees at this location. When we first approached the counter they were socializing with their friends who weren’t behind the counter and they treated us like we interrupted their conversation and treated us like we were insignificant I asked for a whole pretzel instead I was handed the bite size pretzels. I felt we were being rushed and brushed off and they weren’t busy. The pretzels were hard and didn’t seem fresh either. I’m updating my review because the Auntie Anne’s customer service at the top level is just as bad as the Auntie Anne’s on the bottom level. I will no longer buy anything at Auntie’s Annie’s North Point Mall location.

The best pretzels! You can smell them as you walk past them in the mall drawing you in to buy one. They are best when eaten with an icee. Oh, even though it is bad for you, you must have the pretzel with the salt on it!
