The food is what you would expect from UNOs, nothing spectacular but everything was good and came out correctly and in a timely manner.
My main reason for writing a review is because of the service. We came in with over 30 people with a majority of them being kids for a end of the year soccer party. I was very impressed with the service they gave out party. They were quick, attentive and patient with all of our many needs. The staff was friendly with the kids and checked in with the adults before offering refills or desserts! We had 3 servers and while they were all great, the gentlemen was very attentive and quick. Great job with our large party!

Great service, great food= enough said!
We ordered a wide array of entrees. We had a vegetarian, a gluten free eater and someone on a low car diet and all were greatly satisfied with options and the food.

Our server Jasmine M. took excellent care of my company. There were 12 of us and we did not want for anything. The food was great! Sooo many options.

Had a great experience at UNOs this weekend. Great service by Xiao who was friendly, very attentive, and patient with us (and our kids). Keep up the great work Xiao!

Tried this place on a Friday evening with the fam. The restaurant was very nice and spacious inside. The tables and seating area were very spacious.
They have a decent food, drink, and desert menu. They only offer a personal size pizza and a medium (serves 2 – 3). The food from the kids menu is very small. The hamburger was also a small portion, it was served on a small plate to try and make it seem like more; didn’t work though. And on top of all this, all the food was very plain, no flavor at all.
The waitress came and took our menu right away and the food came out pretty fast as well. The appetizer came out first, but we didn’t get it the way we offered it.
After the food came out we barely saw the waitress, and she never re-​filled our drinks. We had to ask her 2 times for everything we needed; condiments, extra sides, and the re-​fill as we were finally ready to lay and leave.
They had a cool way to pay from a tablet that’s at every table, but we had to have them remove a $ 1.99 charge for games on the device that we didn’t use.
This place was just okay. Nothing special. Very unlikely I’ll be back.

Had lunch today. Greeted warmly by a manager and was seated promptly.
I had the Soup Bar, which is always awesome. Wished they had more selection.
My son had the Make Your Own Pizza, which was fun and also delicious!
The server and staff were SUPER friendly and service was top notch.

My husband and I have been here 3 times since moving here a few months ago and have had excellent service every time. On Thursday 8÷13÷15 we went for dinner with my mom who was in town for the week. After the meal (with great service), the manager stopped at our table and said «what? No dessert?!» And my mom jokingly replied «only if you’re buying!» The manager laughed and said «ok! What do you want?!» It was super nice of her to play along and offer a free dessert but we were stuffed and turned her offer down. She would not let us leave empty handed though and gave my mom a goody bag of sorts with coupons and a cookie in it. Good service can be hard to find or hit and miss with certain places but it’s always been spot on here!

We love going to Uno’s and this time was no different. We just moved to DC and this was to celebrate our new apartment after the few complications. The server (Sarah) was great, she was very attentive and courteous. She joked around with us a little too which I find awesome to have a server with a little personality! The food was good as always too. Will definitely be going back, especially since it’s next to our new place, and asking for Sarah!

Best pizza around by far and good service every time I come. You can also reorder drinks right from a little tablet on the table, no waiting for the server to come back.

Disappointed, they close carry out 5 min prior to closing. I ask the manager what’s up and he says that’s the way it is.

It’s interesting, I’ve been Uno’s in Bowie and Kingstown and each time the service has been less than desirable. They never seem to get the the order right and there is definitely differences in the level of service between the staff.
I won’t bore you with all the details on my latest experience it would be like reliving a bad dream.
I will say that after sharing with the GM Emily my disappointment, she demonstrated active listening, and was eager to make our experience better.
I also noticed that Cho (the server for the tables beside me) did a TERRIFIC job. I observed her being a great server, she was very attentive and had a great disposition.
If I go back, I will only ask for Cho and Emily to ensure my experience is great.

We loved the pretzels app and the deep dish pizza. We will definitely return. Thanks Julia for the great service.

This Uno’s is one of the better Uno’s in the NoVa area. Everyone is always friendly and all the waiters I’ve gotten have been attentive. The food is also great here! I’ve personally never had a bad experience.
The only time service is slow is when the whole restaurant is packed or it’s under-​staffed. I’m pretty reasonable so I’m not going to get antsy if my waiter isn’t checking on me every 3 minutes.

Pretty slow service, it was actually pretty busy for a Monday night since there were two tour buses who happened to have stopped by on their way to D.C. The pizza was okay, I’ve been to other Unos and this one just lacked in most everything. Our server was a nice guy and he did the best he could. Overall, I might come back hear because I heard happy hour was good and they have good specials.

Of course Uno’s is delicious. But nutritionally/​functionally, it’s pretty shit. I honestly would not have thought this. For those that prefer blissful ignorance, you might not want to look; but for those interested, here’s some sample info on 1 typical menu item — the Chicago Classic individual size deep pizza… which puts a person over several of their recommended daily allowance’s (RDAs):
1) 2300 Calories (RDA = 2500!)
2) 164g fat, 53g of which is «bad» saturated fat (respective RDAs = 65 & 20!)
3) 225mg cholesterol (RDA = 300)
4) 4910mg sodium (RDA = 2400!)
Sooo, in ONE fucking meal, you’re getting:
1) 92% of your day’s calories
2) 252% of your day’s total fat, and 265% of your day’s saturated fat!
3) 75% of your day’s cholesterol
4) 204% of your day’s sodium!
These are are terrible numbers, but #2 and #4 are particularly terrible. Eating food like this regularly is a guaranteed formula for obesity and hypertension, and most likely for other health issues… if not soon, then certainly later in life.
Now that all of that is said, Why would I come to a place like this? Because they sent me a coupon for $ 10 off. The atmosphere was nice and our server was friendly, but I put a great emphasis on health. And very little of their menu delivers it. Details here:

2.5 stars– at least our waters got to us on time… in the beginning. We went on a Sunday evening.
It wasn’t great here and it really started with a sanitary issue– no soap in the bathroom.
I told out waitress about it and she said that she already told them from someone else saying it.
We ordered an appetizer and waited a real long time (15 ish mins). Also– our silverware wasn’t given for another 10 mins. There’s a cool gadget on your table you can press but no use for it to call our waitress– she didn’t even come once because of it.
My friends steak tasted like beef jerkey– even with it cooked medium. I happened to like my chili though. The cheese dip was actually good!
Did I mention we couldn’t order «to go» because our waitress said they didn’t have boxes? But when we took our things home, boxes magically appeared… What?
Our waitress was below average– not a great UNOs at all!

Still the most uncoordinated and slow service of any restaurant in Kingstowne. After 14 years, it’s a mystery why it takes ten minutes after being seated until the server shows up with water or to take a drink order.
We’re only coming here for lunch, and perhaps rarely. This food is good. But the service is just awful.

There’s little to complain about here. Its a national chain and it lives up to the reputation of giving me exactly what I expect the few times a year I might drop in. The staff is very friendly. Their 2 for $ 12 menu is a good deal. And as long as they never take away your ability to create your own deep dish pizza, I’ll be more than content.
I never order the pies that are generic cheese, pepperoni, etc… I don’t know if this location does it, but I know a few in Chicago make these and partially bake them to satisfy the hustle and bustle lunch crowd that needs to be out early. I always get a Classic Uno (Sausage, Tomato and Cheese) on traditional crust and add mushrooms and onions to it. Even with a group of friends my pizza comes out piping hot in about 30 min and I savor the flaky, biscuity crust, plentiful toppings and gooey cheese.
My only advice to the negative. Skip the bread pudding. The salted caramel sauce is to die for — particularly when it starts to mix with the melting ice cream. But the bread pudding itself is among the most boring I’ve ever had. There’s almost no custard base to it, no fruit (even an oft maligned raisin would be nice) and is poorly seasoned. Definitely not worth the hit on the bill or on your hips.

This Unos is conveniently located near the Kingstowne Cinema, so it is a great place to catch a bite before a movie. For the most, part the food is everything you would expect from a chain, quick, clean standardized fare. The personal pizza’s crust is light and crunchy with a buttery finish. The sauce and cheese of the personal pizza works very well with the crust.
The real gem of this Unos is its happy hour or snack hour as they call it. They have a plethora of inexpensive specials on the menu. My favorite, strangely enough, is the taco plate. This plate is a hearty snack of beef and chicken tacos for the price of less than a beer. The bartender, Tania, is also a rockstar and keeps happy hour happy with dry whit that brings a smile to my face every time I enter the store.
