Good, quick, tasty, customized pizza. Added a custom salad as well and my wife and I shared. Great price, too!

Worst service ever. We ordered by phone for a takeout order and when we picked them up 45 minutes later, they were not even made yet. Let me say that again: 45 minutes after we phones in an order, they hadn’t even started to make the pizzas. The cashier gave a very tepid apology about how they were slammed when they took the order. There were four customers in the whole place. At least be honest that you messed up the order, apologize and maybe offer a discount. This type of service is unacceptable for a place that barely had any customers at the time of the order. Just awful.

Firenza is a customizable pizza place. Same concept as &pizza in Springfield Town Center but I personally think Firenza has them beat. They have an option to make your own or choose one of their signature pizza. I opted for the Firenza since it’s equivalent to a Supreme at the standard pizza places like Papa Johns. I was also able to add additional toppings for no extra fee. Firenza is a great deal, one pizza comes up to $ 7.99. The pizza is definitely more filling than &pizza and it tastes way better. They actually put your pizza in a wood burning oven as compared to &pizza’s toaster. The ingredients are also decent considering the price you pay for the pizza and it’s relatively non-greasy. Firenza has definitely earned it’s spot as one of my regular establishments when I am craving a cheap and fulfilling meal. I will be back to try out the other options. P. S. They have alcoholic libations here as well, it’s a bit odd that alcoholic beverages will be served at a budget pizza establishment. But hey I guess it’s a nice touch if you’re craving an alcoholic beverage.

Perfect for lazy weeknights when you can’t be bothered to cook. Will C. and I stopped in for an early dinner. Firenza has been on our list for quite some time, and we finally decided to go for it tonight when we suddenly had a pizza craving. As others have already mentioned, Firenza is a customizable pizza joint that offers a selection of signature pizzas, salads, and sides. I decided to go with one of their signature choices — The Big Kahuna, which was topped with pineapples, ham, bacon, jalapeños, and onions. Yumyumyum. The dough was slightly crispy and chewy and the size of the pizza was quite generous. I can normally finish personal sized pizzas with relative ease, but today I had leftovers. As my boyfriend and I will be living just a few steps away from Firenza, I can totally see us becoming regulars. Another popular customizable pizza place isn’t too far way from Firenza, but I like this establishment much more because they actually cook your pizza in an oven instead of a glorified toaster. — Friendly, fast service — Pizza sizes are generous — They sell wine! — Located in the Manchester Lakes Shopping Center

SUPERBOMBPIZZA! $ 7.99 to create your own pizza with whatever toppings you want! The staff was supper friendly and I love the oven they cook it in. You get to pick everything from the sauce to the extras, then they cook it right then and there. Takes about 7min to cook and its ready for you to eat!!! I think they have some type of rewards program. Not sure, I’m headed there again now — I will update you soon! Lol. UPDATE: deal is buy 10 get 1 free!

The idea of making your pizza on the spot has become the new trend. Firenza offers enough variety that it’s on par with the competition(mainly &pizza). They allow for unlimited toppings on a medium sized, create-your-own pizza. To me, that pretty much means, let’s put a salad on a pizza, as I opt to choose 8+ different toppings. What gives this place the extra star to ‘4’ is the layout. On a nice weathered day, they open the restaurant windows, creating a patio-like, fresh air atmosphere. This is inviting, especially for those that don’t like to sit in direct sunlight, but want that outdoor feel. Bottom Line: If I’m in the mood for pizza, this spot is close enough and quick enough for lunch from work. I prefer &pizza, but this place is more conveniently located.

My mother and I came here on a Saturday evening and it was very quiet(night before Mother’s Day, so we weren’t surprised.) We immediately noticed the pristine appearance of the establishment. Everything was spotless and the coloring of the space combined with the soft jazz music creates a lovely ambiance. Customer service was superb and the young lady who cashed us out actually double checked our address to make sure we could order to delivery to our home and came to our table to confirm. I really appreciated that extra mile. Now, to the food… holy mother of god. Both mom and I agreed that it was some of the best pizza we’ve had in ages. For a flat rate of $ 8, the variety of sauces and toppings is astonishing and they make your pizza right in front of you so you can see how much of each ingredient they place. The gentleman who did our pizzas was lovely and asked with each ingredient, «Is this good, ma’am» or «Would you like more?» Super clean back there as well. The pizzas took less than 10 minutes to fire up in the oven and were bubbling with cheese and toasted just right. Mom was very happy about the lightness of the dough & crust and thoroughly enjoyed her mushroom and ricotta pie. I ordered a regular with sausage crumbles, ricotta, fresh mozzarella, and roasted red peppers and good god was I in heaven. Everything just worked and the ingredients tasted fresh. We ended up taking our leftovers home because the individuals are actually really filling, despite the lightness of the dough. We will absolutely go back to Firenza and I can’t wait to try out a white pizza!

Spectacular spot for our road trip rest stop! This place rocks! The four of all had such extreme topping preferences and here, we ALL got exactly what we wanted! Fresh dough, crazy awesome toppings in abundance and super fast service right off the main strip! Staff was friendly and the price was right! I love the ‘design your own’ assembly line and before the last in our party placed their order, the first was coming out of the insanely hot oven! I only wish we had a Firenza close to home!

I love this concept!!! Gone are the days of Pizza Hut down the corner. Firenza serves to please in a quick casual pizza joint where you can load your pizza up «chipotle style» with a wide array of anything and everything. Pizzas are cooked off in a fire oven. Tip: ask for your pizza firenza style, they will add a delicious garlic butter that bakes into the pizza to be extra delicious!

I’ve been to Blaze Pizza out west and loved the experience. Firenza was just like that, though I must have gone during a lull in business as it seemed pretty empty, but the pizza was great. Loved it and hope to be back for more.

Customer service level one million. I was that annoying person who called for pizza like 20 minutes before closing, and I must say, Andris(I believe his name is) was A W E S O M E. He accommodated me even when I requested every ingredient available on my pizza and had it ready for me when I ran in at 9:55pm with no complaints, and a friendly personable attitude. I would definitely go back just because of the customer service — in fact, I plan on going this weekend. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I really enjoy this place! Apparently I haven’t dealt with the famous employee repeatedly mentioned in many of these reviews. The pizza is tasty, and not as overdone and pretentious as the &pizza in Springfield. The employees I have interacted with have all been very kind and pleasant. I really stack the ingredients on my pizza, and have never been told no when I ask for a topping. I’ve always found seating, and they have some great bottled local beers.

Love this place! This was our first time here, and Andris and Mike T walked us through the whole process. They even suggested interesting options, we wouldn’t have thought of. Really nice, funny, helpful guys. The food was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and well made. Pizza crust was crispy and just right, and the salad had just enough of everything that I wanted. I loved that I could pick and choose, with no extra charge. The ONLY reason that I didn’t give 5 stars, was that there were no recycling receptacles, and I don’t know where the food came from. I would give 10 stars if this place became farm to table, with cruelty free meats.

Novelty create your own individual size pizza restaurant. The choices are plenty with even offering gluten Free crust. If everyone lives something different this would be the place to go eat. Last night we ordered 2 pizzas, wings & meatballs. The wings never made it out, even with a manager checking to see if our order was correct. They refunded us and offered a free drink with purchase(ehh.) Overall it was pretty good and may be back.

Yummy! Primavera fresca add chicken and pesto crust finish. Light, crunchy crust. Super fresh and chunky ingredients. Next time I’d add tomatoes. Monday $ 5 pizzas for military. Tuesdays $ 5 pizzas for first responders. Nice.

Heard high praise of this place, very unsatisfied. *Make sure you grab a groupon for $ 15 that’s worth $ 30 of food at Firenza* The pizza was not worth the price but with the groupon, you can get a pizza + drink for $ 5 because you get three groupons that you pay $ 5 for each, I’ll only be back because pizza + drink for $ 5 isn’t bad on a casual day. The taste of the pizza is acceptable. The issue presides in the quantity, price, & unprofessionalism. Pizza’s are $ 7.99 and you have free reign of up to 9 toppings including meat, however one pizza serves at most one person. Well there is a wide variety of toppings to choose from, this place is like Subway — all of the toppings you select from are things you could’ve bought at a grocery store and made your own pizza at home. There is no reason to come into this place. Want some great local personal Pizza? Check out & Pizza — it’s located about 3 minutes away inside Springfield Mall. Their pizzas are about $ 9 and run twice as big and the taste is amazing! You have hundreds of combinations to choose from. You can’t go wrong, pizza is a delicate art.

Finally gave this place a try for the first time last night for dinner after hearing great things about it. Absolutely love the concept and the ability to make your own personal pizza with unlimited toppings for one low price of $ 7.99. Customer service was decent– was immediately greeted and the guy helping me even recommended some toppings that would go well with the sauce I’d chosen. The pizza itself was good, but honestly I feel like I could have done a similar job going to the local grocery store, buying the ingredients, and making it myself at home. The best part about it was the crust– I chose the garlic oil crust and it was DELICIOUS. However, the garlic taste and smell definitely stuck around for awhile… in fact, my car still smells like garlic! I tried the wings as well– 6 buffalo and 6 cajun jerk. Both were very meaty(unlike some of the chain pizza spots that seem to be full of fat and mush and no meat at all), but nothing to write home to mom about. That being said, my overall thoughts is that it was good and definitely worth giving a try if you’re in the area, but I’m not in a rush to return.

Love the pizza, wings, meatballs and shakes. Just opened. Individual pizzas are only 7.99. They are huge! You can pick from dozens of meat and veggie toppings. Get it firenza style with flavored oil brushed on or cali style with lettuce and avacados in the center. You can get regular, spicy, pesto, white or alfredo sauces. Many cheeses to choose from. Milkshakes are thick and awesome. Choose from vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or bannana. Multiple rubs and sauces for wings. Chipolte lime rub and bbq sauce among others are great. Great quick service! Stone oven cooks all. Beer and wine will be coming soon.

Thank goodness Jerry’s Is gone! Not sure I was that thrilled to have another pizza joint here but so far I can’t complain. Similar to &pizza but more standard pizza vs artisanal. I ordered big kahuna with bacon ham pineapple and jalapeño! Hot stuff! Got a cheese and meatball for my daughter and there was nothing left when she was done so I count that as a win. I’ve also orders Roma pizza without feta which is just a mix of cheeses. Service was good. Plenty of staff available. Pizza takes a bit Longer to bake in the oven but I didn’t mind the wait because the taste was great! No more &pizza for me! There are lots of buy one one deals around too so I got two pizzas for $ 8. I haven’t found a signature pizza I really liked except for the kahuna but there is still time to change my mind.
