First of all, I was impressed that we accidentally stopped in on the 31st of the month, which means 31% off on all sundaes!
The service was excellent! We were immediately greeted and was served promptly. I give them high marks with the 31% off.

The only thing that sets this store apart from other Baskin-​Robbins shops is the staff. I don’t remember getting smiles and good service from any other BRs. I took off a star because it’s pretty small and cramped compared to other BRs I’ve been in.

This place is a great stop to get your favorite ice cream flavor. They always carry flavors outside of the standard 31(flavors). The staff is amazing and treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. Noticed people also complained about prices… that’s not the stores fault, complain to the actual Baskin Robbins corporation. Also word of advice if you don’t want to spend money for the best Baskin Robins ice cream, you can easily go down a couple stores and buy yourself a pint of ice cream at shoppers. Everything you would want in an ice cream store.

Average ice cream. Friendly service. Next door to dunkin store but not conjoined as management is different. Prices are average for the area but expensive for what tastes like store bought breyers to me.

Manchester Lakes answer to 32 flavors of goodness. Pretty much the same as any Baskins, so the only thing to say for this ice cream purest is hold those sprinkles and vanilla rules!!!

I haven’t been here in a while but it seems as though all the problems that used to plague this once wonderful mecca of childhood memories have now been fixed according to the previous positive reviews. But this place really had gone the way of the dodo for many many years. It was god awful, dirty, crappy employees who were rude and just stupid. I got so fed up with the increasing prices and the decreasing customer service.
But they did a huge remodel and I will have to try it again because I absolutely love their mint chocolate chip ice cream. Maybe when my daughter gets a good report card from school we will give it another shot.

Somehow I had missed that there’s an actual real live Baskin Robbins (not attached to a Dunkin Donuts or whatever) right in Manchester Lakes. I’m not usually a big ice cream eater, but sometimes there is nothing like a scoop of real ice cream from the good old 31 flavors.
Its small, but clean, and the staff is friendly. They have a huge case of ice cream cakes, and you can also order from the book that seems to be the same as its always been. Hooray for opportunities to relive childhood!

Ok, so it’s a chain ice cream place. But Baskin-​Robbins ice cream has always been decent, and it’s comparable to the KaleidoScoops chain down the road. The reason I give this place four stars and KaleidoScoops three stars is that the staff here rock. Every time I’ve been here, the staff have been patient and helpful — willing to give samples, recommendations and patience as I waffle over a selection. The bf is even more indecisive than I am when it comes to ice cream, but the kindly Baskin-​Robbins staff here have been great about it.
Plus, they have a few cool ice cream flavors, in addition to the run-​of-​the-​mill flavors you’d expect from a chain establishment. On the whole, I think I prefer this place to KaleidoScoops; the ice cream is much the same, but the staff here really stands out.
