Service was fast and efficient and I enjoyed the outdoor seating. The service here is very vey quick, thank you fast food pioneers. I got a number 1 whopper meal and the best part were the fries. Too many onions and bread that wasn’t grilled made a soft and gooey bread mess of a sandwich. For the price $ 8.27 I feel you could spend a few dollars more and get a better quality meal across the freeway at the Habit.

Went into this location to use a coupon from the Burger King application and the manger would not honor the coupon and when I asked why she gave two different answers and none really made since. I didn’t think coupons were up to a persons discretion. The managers definitely need more continuous training and be adequately taught about customer service. Good luck

I was hungry so I stopped here to eat because I do that sometimes. Our company bought a property up here so when I come up here I am struggling to find anything to eat. I was in and out of the drive through quick.

This place is always dirty. The workers here barely speak English… so ordering your meal is a chore. And they’re always«out of» something or their«machines are broken». But it’s the only BK in a 20 mile radius… so we put up with it. Just really an inept restaurant.

They do not honor any of the advertised specials, I went the same day that I saw a commercial advertising 2 sadwiches for $ 5, the lady at the register said that they don’t do that. I tried to argue but got nowhere. BK isnt all that great to begin with, I only like it because it can be cheap if done right. Paying full pop for this food is a total waste.

Burger King. How your whopper is so delicious and the same with your zesty sauce. When it comes to fast food, you can only judge customer service and how good the food is on that day. Well today they did a hell of a job. The food was above average, the customer service has been top notch, and they offered me a free cookie because of a minor mistake they made on my order. I love customer service like that because it will get me to come again

NONONO. Extremely disturbed and disgusted. Not only did the Manager who I believe was named Emma(and I tell you now, I would never expose someone if it was an understandable situation) not only did she have a horrible attitude but she messed up every single order my family placed. HOWDOESSOMEONEMESSUPEVERYORDER? Especially when 2 are the exact same but one was incorrect. The receipts were correct but the food was not. Even the soda. I’m an understandable person, so I could have understood A mess up but all of them?! I was already disgusted by her tone of voice on the intercom, she sighed at least a total of 3 times. The fact that it only got worse made me so disturbed that I refuse to ever give my or any one of my friends or family that visit this exact Burger King service ever again. Believe me we visit Burger King often especially when always being on the road. But after this experience I’m absolutely distraught and hope that someone steps up and fixes this now because from what I saw with cars both ahead and behind me we all left pretty upset and this was before we discovered the mess ups. As a girl who works in not only customer service but hospitality I just have one thing to say, I’m no better than you are but when it comes to working in this field no matter what is going on at home or your just having a bad day, the second you leave your car to clock in you leave everything behind you put that smile on and it could be the fakest thing. it’s just a few hours, that’s it. but you gotta realize that if you were the opposing customer you would not want the experience I was given.

Outside was a little dirty. With wrapping and forks outside. Bathrooms had quite a bit of room. Staff was friendly and bilingual. Something most may not notice is that there are many dividers through out the restaurant, so u have more privacy than most open area restaurants. Don’t forget the comfy couch I come here just for that to relax so if you’re looking to relax in a real comfortable couch this is the place to go :-)

UGH!!! Note to self and all my Unilocaling Unilocalers: Allow more then 15 minutes to get through the drive thru. Even if there is only two cars. I rarely come to Burger King based on I just don’t really crave it often and they are a bit expensive.(yea I said it) I came here on my 15 minute break and it took me all of 2.5 minutes to get there. Maybe sooner, all I know is it was fast. I am right on the same street. I got in line with one car at the window and one ordering. The car at the window drove off and the car in front of me pulled up to pay. I ordered and then pulled up as well. This is where it took 14 minutes to get the guys food that was in front of me.(they handed him one drink and a normal size bag nothing like a huge order) I had no choice right now because now there was a line in back of me and a car in front of me. I had to change my break to a lunch all because of the slow service I had. I finally got to the front and it took an additional 5 – 7 minutes to get a medium soda and a whopper JR. Oi Vey. Overall, it is a BK. What just bothered me was I spent almost 30 minutes to get two items. Not okay BK, not okay.

It’s okay. As fasr as the looks, the inside is nice and remodeled. Outside is being worked on as of now, so it’s ugly. Parking is fine. Locationwise, right off the freeway. Food qaulity is good for a Burger King. But don’t get a Morning Star Veggie burger here, it’s gross. They don’t know how t cook it. Staff here is pretty okay. Sometimes you’ll get an employee that has a hard time understanding you, or seems like they don’t want to help or be there.

As far as Burger Kings go, this one’s okay. There are certain times of the day when I won’t go near it but that’s, to be perfectly honest, because I’m uncomfortable with some of the clientele they serve – some very greasy looking men who stand around outside, staring at all the women who go by. Recently, like most BKs, this one went through some renovations. It’s an odd design, almost office-like with all these little cubbies for you to sit in. I kind of like it and I kind of don’t. It’s private but, at the same time, you can’t see the front counter to know when your food is up. The food itself is okay. For a while, they couldn’t heat up a veggie burger to save their lives. I kept having to return it to be reheated. Finally, I just started ordering it extra-hot and they got the idea.

I’ve been to this Burger King many times. The service is usually pretty good and friendly. The food is up to Burger King’s standards, so that either works for you or it doesn’t. They aren’t always super-friendly, though, so they get docked a star.

Maybe I drove through on a really off day… We ordered Sausage Croissants, Bacon Croissants, & a Value Priced Sausage Muffin. The Croissant Sandwiches were really dry. I was super hungry. I took 3 bites and just couldn’t eat another bite. The guys in my car felt they were really dry as well. They ate their sandwiches out of extreme hunger. The sausage muffin was dry, flavorless, and hard. I was debating…1 Star or 2 Star. I am being really kind when I award you… 2 stars.

Made a quick stop here on my way to the office to pick up lunch. I prefer BK to McDs. BK seems to have updated their menu and I really liked the Rodeo Burger which has BBQ sauce and onion rings inside.
