McDonald’s

I’ve been to this store countless times since I was a kid, because my family still lives in the area. Over the years my trajectories are contrary to Mc Ds’ and for pesky reasons. There seems to be less bums at this location– either in the lot or just waiting for you after hours at the drive thru. VERY sketchy, but not a real problem at this spot. Times I’ve driven thru. I don’t like dining in in this place. One reason, one occasion a… hate to say it, ‘low life’ bickered with the crew about something. Funny ‘tho because he backed away, «…Have some respect-​» But who knows, maybe the staff was at fault. I don’t like swallowing comestibles that become incredibly less palatable once they cool off and furthermore, really worsen if you reheat them. Or it, rather. The customer service warmth, if ever at any mcdonald’s, is zip: its succinctly commercialized, vacuous industry which doesn’t sit well in my tum at all. Their prices have gone up too and people are getting nickel and dimed for basically crappola stuff. If you’re in this neck of the 101 woods go a bit further up to In-​N-​Out. especially if burgers are your thing. Long lines though.

Alright I never expect anything higher than a regular service at any of the McDonald’s but today this location above and beyond surprise me with their great hospitality and their great customer service

Man the food here is fresh and good here and the staff is amazing. I don’t recommend a lot of McDonald’s but come in and try it.

McDonals 29 161 Canwood St., Agoura Hills.
This is my second review for this fast food restaurant. Unfortunately I’m going to have to lower my star rating a couple of points.
When we stop by on Christmas Eve for a lite lunch with coffee before going on to celebrate the season. The service is still OK and the food is still fairly good.
My complaints is a health issue with this McDonald’s. I was standing at the counter after ordering and looking through into the center of the restaurant, I saw one employee putting together our hamburgers with his bare hands. just picking up the cook hamburger patties and sticking it on the buns.
Not using a utensil or plastic gloves or anything to keep the food sanitary. This is very unsanitary.
My second complaint is while we were sitting at our table a good man came over to clean up after a large crowd of people with several children as I was watching him. I noticed there were several of those little individual containers of catch-​up scattered among all the messy food. Instead of dumping all the trash in a wastebasket he was picking up the unopened packages of catchup wiping them off then separating them to put back on the counter for unsuspecting people to pick up. I don’t believe this man bussing the tables is doing this on his own volition because he would have no reason to unless he was instructed to do so by the owners to save a few cents at the expense of patrons health.
No telling what kind of a disease or affection you could get from a restaurant that is not health-​conscious. This is definitely a management policy allowing this type of behavior in my opinion.

11pm and I have been in the drive through for 15min and I haven’t even paid yet. This might be the worst location I have been too, been here before and have had my whole order messed up. I called, got a free meal card, which they later would not accept… So what is the point of giving them out? This will be the last time I visit this location. Get it together, you are a FASTfood chain, so make it FAST!

Well, this would’ve been a good McDonalds… but I expect McDonalds to be on top of their games all the time. This time, I had stale fries, and they forgot to include our drinks. However, we went back through the drivevthru and they hooked it up! So now I’m gonna give a 5 STARS!!! Thanks for being awesome Micky d’s! Aaron was a huge help! Made sure we got what we ordered, in a timely manner. Aaron is a great employee!

I don’t usually write review of fast food restaurants but I am so excited that McDonalds is serving all day breakfast finally. I had heard that all of the McDonalds would be serving all day breakfast on ¹⁰⁄₁. I went by here at 3 in the afternoon last week and saw the sign and couldn’t believe it. I stopped in and got an egg mcmuffin for my son who loves them. I came home and we read that the McDonalds locations that were set up and ready were starting early. So woohoo this McDonalds gets props for starting early.

I only buy fries here… and they always treat me really nice… I just wish they had mustard and mayo on a small container I always like it with my fries but sometimes they just squirt a bit on a nuggets plate but it is not enough…

Rude rude rude Mexican man waiting on the counter. Chastised the poor man in front of me because he had a lot of change. I ordered a large diet coke and paid 1.79. When I said what happened to the dollar drinks? He said NO. Terrible. McDonald’s pull this franchise. They are killing your already declining revenue. NASTY

Hiring people who can barely speak or understand English, nice. And this has been going on for years.

The food is always good and fresh; however the workers in the morning can barely speak English. I think they need to have people who speak primarily English taking orders because half of the time they can’t understand what I’m saying. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not racist;but I just think for customer service that necessary.

As far as a MacDonald goes,
They are rude,
Place not clean enough,
Tables left dirty.
Considering the address it is located at,
No reason for it to be in worth shape then other Mac Donald’s stores, which in «less prestigious «address
Do MUCH better job.

Fast moving drive thru and tasty well seasoned double cheeseburgers.
Perfect snack before wine tasting.

Well I was on my way to work and was about an hour early so I decided to stop in to McDonald’s for a drink and to pass some time. I have to say that this has to be one of the cleanest McDonald’s I have been in. It’s a nice size building with lots of seating and room. The employees behind the counter were professional and fast to get your food to you and they gave me a big hand of ketchup where others only five you two or three packets and it’s like pulling teeth to get a few more from them.
All in all I have to say I’m pleased with this McDonald’s and would come back again.

I will never come back to this place again. The server Carlos gave me a bag of fries. The bag was filled with chocolate syrup. I told him the bag is dirty, he looked at his hands filled with chocolate syrup, didn’t wash them but put that filty dirty hand into the bag, took out my fires and put it in another bag. I complained and said your hands r dirty, can I at least get a clean fries. That a-​hole gave me a fit and said all our hands r dirty n asked another server to give me my fries. Asked to c manager, Sonia, she was a joke. Turned to Carlos and said oh don’t do it again… Really??? Ever heard of food contamination??? Food poisoning??? When did McDonald’s become a third world place??? Never again … Disgusting! Don’t even deserve one star

Holiday Pies! Really it’s the only reason I’d come here, plus their French Fries. It just sucks, because I work 5am, and they don’t start serving fries until way after I take my lunch.
Service is okay here, but I bought a soda once, and they didn’t give it to me in the Drive-​Thru. They need to double check, instead of saying thank you, goodbye! Also, their drive-​thru takes forever sometimes.

Why not dollar coffee of here?
Every other place is now dollar coffee price. And I were order large coffee but they r served medium size cup.

Drive-​thru service is always excellent and quick here. But when my daughter opened her happy meal and saw the toy size french fries she laughed. I didn’t! I was appalled that McD’s fries have to shrink??? Happy Meals always had «small» size fries. Now this is SAMPLE SIZE? Check out my photo! Really? Are times that bad? You have to shrink your product?

I go to Mc D’s less than once a month for just a couple of reasons, hot french fries and a fountain coke with extra ice. However, during the month of March, I will go a couple of extra times to get a Shamrock Shake. Today, being St. Patty’s Day, I figured what better day to get a Shamrock Shake. I look forward to St. Patty’s Day for only 1 reason, Shamrock Shakes at McD’s.
So, as I drive up to the drive-​thru window, I am excited to be getting one of my favorite mid-​afternoon snacks. Guess what? They are OUT of Shamrock Shakes!!! REALLY??? How is that possible? They are supposed to have them all month and today is barely half way through the month!
To top it off, the lady at the window just didn’t seem to care one way or the other. I asked if they would be getting more and she couldn’t say one way or the other.
The attitude of the staff at this McD’s is extremely poor. I see that many people have posted negative reviews at this location. I will take my business elsewhere because if we continue to patronize this establishment, there is no reason for them to improve their service.

The view of the landscape and mountains here is charming. And the glass wall in the back facing the mountains lets you see everything in a cool way. While standing at the counter waiting for my $ 1 burrito y Coffee, I looked back to see a young lady seated near the glass wall and silhouetted against the mountains. For a moment it seemed like something you would see at a resort.
The food? $ 1 buys cheese wiz on a tiny burrito that was sitting under a warmer long enough for the tortilla and wiz to… merge. The sticker on the wrapper said «11:00» (see photo). Presumably means it gets tossed after 11 AM, another hour after my visit.
Now I know what you get for $ 1. The view was free.
