I’ve visited here a few times and have always been lucky enough to show up at times when it wasn’t too crowded or loud. Space is clean and chairs are comfy, with nice tables. Prices are pretty reasonable and food is decent. The Tokyo Chicken Stew is my favorite soup– enough broth so that you know you’re having a soup, but also enough meat and veggies so that you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. And the right amount of saltiness. I only sampled the Boston Clam Chowder, but it was the most horribly powdery soup I’ve ever tried(for the record, I’m an American who’s had clam chowders from New England to the deep South). And the apple I once ordered as a side was a bit on the small and mealy side. Otherwise, a pretty solid place for lunch or pickup.

‘m sure you are familiar with the holistic soups Soup Spoons sells. They make /get delivered there soups fresh at the beginning of the day and add no preservatives or artificial flavoring. There is always a soup you like here. The soups are wholesome, delicious, healthy and if you get a big bowl, enough to be a lunch by itself. All the other stuff they sell, wraps, sandwiches, salads is crap anyway. Just order what they are good at . The ambiance is casual, modern and a bit hipster in this Ion outlet. Because of the prices, it’s filled with youngster and you might need to wait a few minutes for a seat. The service is attentive and they clean your table fast. It’s good to see the young generation eat healthy!

Soup Spoon is a great place for a healthy, quick and value for money meal. Ive been a fan since their first outlet years ago in Raffles City Shopping Center. They have about six regular soups on their menu, as well as sandwhiches, salads and wraps and a few other side dishes. They have soup specials that change a few times a month. The must trys here are the mushroom stroganoff and the tangy tomato, both vegetarian but very tasty. Complete your soup with a sandwhich, wrap or salad and ice tea or chips for about $ 10. I always leave Soup Spoon feeling very full and satisfied. Best of all its healthy and quick.

The Soup Spoon is good for a consistent bowl of chunky soup — the soups in general are creamy and chock-ful with ingredients to really fill you up. I’m a fan of the Simon and Garfunkel chicken soup and the velvety Mushroom Stroganoff which is served up with a little bread bun. The Paragon outlet is not too big and the seats are quite close together, so it’s not a place you want to have quiet conversation; the seats on the inside wooden benches are especially tricky to slide into with tiny gaps between the tables.
