Airconditioned… Nice! Not busy for a sunday. Walked right in. Staff is friendly. Only seat 20 people in the restaurant. I sat down and the place filled up! Thay also have a bustling take out business. I had to ask about some of the dishes. They are helpful. Note: they have a chilli challenge. Be careful! Samosas are fresh, vegi and a bit spicey. It will stay with you. The crust is a little tough, but good. Food is very good, but they forgot the rice — lol Butter chicken and garlic Naan are great. The Naan has a subtle smokey flavor.

My favourite Indian restaurant in town. Food is flavourful and not greasy as what many other restaurants serve. I really like the chicken briyani, jeera aloo(a cumin-flavoured potato and tomato concoction), and okra sautéed with onions & tomatoes. Servers are wonderfully polite and attentive.

This review is based on two separate lunches with colleagues at The Bazaar — Vibrant Flavors of India. The interior is colourful, neat, and clean. There is also a nice upstairs seating area that has a slightly more formal feel. I will note that each I have eaten here, the restaurant was basically empty. I hope they have more business in the evenings. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The service is relatively fast and responsive. Overall, the food is very good. It is freshly prepared. I enjoyed everything I’ve tried at The Bazaar. The food is all well presented. Vegetable Samosas — I really like their samosas. They are very crisp on the outside. They are flavourful and tender on the inside. I also really enjoy the sauce they are served with. Chicken Dum Biryani — This was my least favourite dish I’ve tried here. It was good. But I thought the chicken was a tad on the dry side and there was something singular in note to the overall flavour. Chicken Tandoori — This was super delicious. The chicken was moist and tender. There was a real pow with the flavours. The sauce provided a nice mild counter-balance. Butter Chicken — Chicken Masala — These were two other chicken dishes I’ve tried here. They were both enjoyable. The butter chicken was just that, buttery. As it should, the chicken masala brought a little more spice. In both cases, the chicken was well prepared. They are generous with the chunks of chicken in their dishes. Garlic Naan — Naan is one of my favourite foods on the planet. Their naan is just the way I like it. Fresh, hot, and oozing in garlic. The texture was also perfect. Soft on the inside with touches of crispiness on the outside. Plus, they gave us enough so we didn’t have to fight over it. Receipt($ 52.90 for two people) Overall — I really enjoy Bazaar — Vibrant Flavours of India. It is clean and bright. The staff is friendly. The food is freshly prepared and well presented. They hit all the marks.
