The only place in the area where you can find prata after midnight. Service can be slow, hygiene seems to be lacking.

Maybe the owners should rename the place as Start-stop Prata 24 Hours instead. You get your first prata, one drink, second prata, then second drink, and so on. The flow makes no sense at all. There are young coconuts available too, so it’s a spot to head to if you’re feeling«heaty». Prata is ok, nothing remarkable but nothing terrible either. I saw packets of maggi noodle, which happens to be my one and only Indian mamak stall weakness — it’s so hard to get maggi goreng these days! — this means I’ll(reluctantly) be back.

Expect a long wait when you get there. Even if it’s empty, the guys here like to take their time. I’ve often noticed how much like a Malaysian coffee shop it is, both in style, service and atmosphere. Not that that’s a bad thing, but that’s just the vibe one gets. Fortunately, the prices are quite Malaysian too, so you can enjoy thosai and Indian rojak for really cheap. If you’re in a rush, avoid this place. You can order 2 drinks and they’ll bring one in 5 minutes, another in 10. Even though you’re the only person in the shop. The men there are friendly enough, despite their slow pace, so this is a good place to go to if you’ve got time to spare and bellies to fill. Ask in advance how long more they’re serving thosai for, because it has happened twice that I had friends who came later and ordered only to be told there was none left; you might notice the thosais becoming gradually smaller too! But if that happens, there’s always Prata(what they’re presumably trying to market more) and the usual nasi goreng, mi goreng and more.
