During lunch hour, my colleagues and I always have to rush to Army Market so as to avoid the queue. But no matter how early we go, there is always a queue outside this Ban Mian stall. This stall is run by 2 Chinese. The lady will be the one taking order. It’s pretty amazing on how she is able to remember all the order. The man will be the one that do the cooking. He is always cooking with 4 pots at the same time. Even with him cooking 4 pots at the same time, the quality of the food is the same. I always love having their tom yam soup ban mian. Especially on the rainy days, really really yum! Not only they are selling Ban Mian, this stall sells fried fish noodle as well. All their prices are relatively cheap. Their portion is relatively big. This might be the reason why I always see many guys queuing up for their Ban Mian. Usually, I don’t see guys queuing up for Ban Mian.
