Was here for a business luncheon with 10pax. Staff/Service: Was poor at best. Staff were either looking a bit lost, or not able to multitask and prioritize what’s important. Crowd was minimal as it’s lunch hour. Staff took about 15mins to attend and seat us. Atmosphere: As a large group with 10pax, restaurant wasn’t able to accomodate us indoor, so had no choice but to sit outdoors. Which is still quite alright, except for the occasional flies and mosquitoes. Food: The food was above average. Soup of Lobster Bisquete was exceptionally good, rich in flavor and filling. Mains like the pasta, chicken and fish were all above average as well. Pricing: Reasonable for a lunch offer. Overall: Might be better to come to this place at night, with prior reservation depending on whether you want indoor dining or outdoor dining. The outdoor décor is quite a unique concept, and seem to encourage more chillout sessions than actual meals. Will still go back to this place when important meetings and dinner arises, but definitely not for lunch on a hot or rainy day.

We came here for Valentines and it was a-ok. The atmosphere was very serene, quiet, and pristine– with abundance of seating indoors and outdoors– but the food was sub par. I’ve expected higher quality dishes for supposedly a ‘nice’ restaurant. I’d love to come here to grab a drink though on a random night. Make sure to reserve a seat for outside because that’s where One Rochester’s beauty lies!
