Simply outstanding. It’s difficult, if not impossible, to find this quality at this price range in this region and around the globe. Service is excellent too.

My family recently took a trip to Seoul, Singapore, and Phuket. I showed them all my favorite restaurants and this was their favorite.

I whole heartedly agree with the other Unilocalers who really like infuzi. I have liked everything that I have tried here. And the best thing is that because of its location, it is rarely overbooked or packed. So it’s a perfect place if you want to get away from crowds and noise. The prices are a bit steep for dinner so you could try out the lunch first.

Yup this place is as good as it gets, and as good as Keira claims it to be. What’s more, it’s AT work, no one complains about easily accessible good food. Only minus point: Too expensive for me to eat for lunch every single day. :( TRYIT!!!

I don’t quite understand why I’m the first person reviewing this place. I actually work in Biopolis, and I have always been reluctant to try this place because it is the most expensive restaurant around the area, and I can’t justify eating at an expensive establishment for lunch just any day. When I finally tried it, I was very impressed. Mind you, I am used to really good new american food, because that was one of my staples in the last few years when I stayed in california. And being a Singaporean at heart, the lack of crowds made me a little skeptical about it. But boy, is it GOOD. I’ve had several things on their menu. The lobster bisque was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Lobster bisque is one of my favorite soups, so I am very particular about it. It’s easy to add too much cream and make it too creamy and heavy, and equally easy to make a bland version. The lobster bisque I had here had just the right amount of lobster taste, the right amount of cream so it wasn’t too heavy, and gives the illusion(who am I kidding?) that it is actually on the light side. I loved it. The foie gras was also perfectly cooked, and I will not comment further since I’ve been to a few restaurants where the foie gras was also perfectly executed. The star of the restaurant is the vegetable risotto with squid ink and scallops. The vegetable risotto was cooked to perfection, and instead of the normal dousing of cream to make the risotto rich and heavy, I was surprised with a very tasty earthy flavor. It was perfectly balanced, and few restaurants, even great italian restaurants, can show that kind of finesse. The scallops were cooked perfectly, merely seasoned with salt, to bring out the natural sweetness of it, and the squid ink surrounding the risotto just brought the two elements together. I’ve never had a bad dish there. And I would recommend people to start trying it. After all, it is the longest-lasting restaurant in Biopolis thus far!
