I had their beef brisket noodle soup last week, and I’m still craving the dish. The broth was very rich, and the brisket very flavorful and fatty. I particularly enjoyed watching the noodles being made fresh right there at the counter, a novelty to this westerner. I wouldn’t know «Hong Kong style» if it smacked me in the face, but if this counter is representative, I ought to get to Hong Kong real soon.
