Was searching for breakfast, found this place. They have all kinds of croissants and sweet stuff. Chose a panini which came with tea or coffee. Panini is hot but otherwise nothing fancy. The lavender grey tea is delicious. Menu says they do pancakes as well. Quite noisy place. You can watch the croissants etc being made. Not sure if I would come back though.

Artisan French bakery — this is how they call themselves. And you can see them performing their craft behind a glass wall. Kneading, rolling, folding, filing, shaping, baking… And finally, you get the result on the counter: crispy, fluffy buttery croissants. The 1 $ promotion is over, but even at regular price those are totally worth their money. Currently, you get the matcha azuki croissant in a 2 $ promotion. Haven’t tried the savory options yet, but from their looks they do appear absolutely yummy.

I visited 3PC for the first time last week and really liked their food and service. This time round when I headed to the counter to order, the waitress even remembered my name. The manager Francis came by to say Hello to us at our table and asked how we were doing. I also noticed him going around checking out how every group of customer was doing. Superb customer service! Some of their notable cookie snacks. I imagined myself eating tons of these if I was still studying at SMU lol. We decided to try this even though we were getting a Tuna Mayo Croissant. They had reheated this in the toaster, but I might’ve waited too long, so it wasn’t crispy and fluffy like the fresh croissant with the tuna mayo. I love their financier! You can smell and taste the sweet aroma of the almonds! I need more of these. All 4 corners of this little rectangle has an extra hard, crispiness to it. I really liked it. Do not underestimate this humble little financier. We waited about 10 minutes for the panini and boy was it worth the wait. We really liked how the mozzarella was, all melted and creamy! It was flattened to perfection if there’s such a way to explain it. It was quite filling, even though we split it amongst the 3 of us. Last week the soft serve machine wasn’t working, so I ended up eating gelato instead, this week smile YAY! the machine was working in its’ full glory. We tried hazelnut almonds with dark chocolate and hazelnuts with honey. You get to pick one topping and one sauce. I loved my honey with hazelnuts so much! It had whole hazelnuts inside, probably 4 or 5, admist all the other nut shavings. The honey complimented the soft serve very well. We agreed that this was the clear winner and that this is so much better than whatever korean soft serves are offering. Hazelnuts are so much better than caramelized popcorn or cotton candy. Best soft serve I’ve had! The soft serves were also on promotion at buy one get one free! So it was $ 3.90 for two!

I love croissants. A croissant with a cup of coffee and a good book? I’m in heaven! 3 Petits Croissants has some of the BEST croissants I’ve had in a while! The magic ingredient? Make them smaller! Instead of shoving my face with a large croissant(yes, one that I will DEFINITELY finish and pack on an extra 1000+ calories), the bakery has small, itty bitty, petite croissants! 1 petite croissant + 1 cup of coffee and I am good to go! With that said, this is a mighty good croissant. flaky on the outside, and soft on the inside. The flakes don’t leave you looking like a 1 year old learning how to eat for the first time, but rather they deliver a «crunchy» exterior. The perfect preclude before the soft buttery(OR chocolaty OR almond-y) middle! Petite croissants are available only in the butter and chocolate versions. Such a shame bc the bakery’s speciality is actually the almond croissant. Oh well, more of that crunchy exterior soft interior to shove my face! Of course, this bakery is filled with other goodies, such as tarts, quiche, and a variety of breads. It’s just off the beaten path of Orchard Road so great if you want to enjoy a quiet place after all that hustle and bustle from the main strip.
