The food was really delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant and cozy German hospitality. We don’t drink alcohol, so I can’t attest to that, but the hot tea was perfect for the chilly weather. We got there about 1730 and by the time we left at 1900 the place was packed. Would go again.

Our office just moved next door, so I have already had a few opportunities to try out the Tattenbach, and I’m quite satisfied so far. The beer is Augustiner, which pleases me. The menu has more salads than average and so far I have not been disappointed in them. For lunch there is also a daily special. I only had it once, but the Goulash was fine, and my colleagues also seemed pleased with their choices, such as Käsespätzle. I expect to become a regular here!

Yes this place couldn’t be anymore convenient to my office(half a block) but I go here because I like it! Standard beer options you can find anywhere in the area. Lots of tables. Full of locals. Interesting décor with children lederhosen strung all around. A back room most don’t know about! And I’m a fan of the food. Great local spot in the neighborhood that is always consistent!
