Ganz hervorragendes, kleines und feines Angebot. Das Entrecôte Steak wird hier vor Ort Sous-​Vide vorgegart und anschließend mit einem ganz besonderen Brötchen verheiratet. Zu unserer Überraschung gabs im Anschluss auch noch einen richtig guten Espresso! Nächstes mal werde ich das Chili von Carne mit Entrecôte Fleisch probieren.

Heute mal das neueröffnete Steak Deli «The Flint» ausprobiert. Netter Inhaber und vorzügliches Sandwich. Gut abgestimmte Gewürze bei der tandoori Variante mit Rind. Das Dinkelbrötchen ist schön knupsrig und schmeckt. Richtig satt hat es jedoch nicht gemacht. Der Preis in Höhe von 7 Euro ist für die gebotene Qualität in Ordnung.
