This review is pretty much solely for the fish soup. It’s awesome. Plus they give you seconds if you go up and ask.
I was surprised at how much fish and seafood was in the soup, and the taste of all of the ingredients and the broth was superb.
There was a decent sized line of 15 or so people when we got there around 1 PM, but it went pretty fast.
For how popular this place is the seating is kind of tight, but we shared a table with some other people that were eating there and it was totally fine. Make friends and enjoy some wonderful soup!

When the soup is not hot, it is not considered good soup. The soup I got was warm, not hot. You help yourself with bread and salad.不适合国人口味儿。汤不热就不是好汤。面包和洋白菜沙拉倒是管够，面包很好吃。

It was easy to find the shop in a market. I ordered the fish soup without any choices and was delicious! There are bread and cabege salad included in the price. The place is so nallow and I could not feel comfortable. The taste is greate but the atmosphere is especially not.

Oh wow! Hands-​down best best best fish soup I have ever had! It had tons of fish and a yummy tomato-​based broth.
This place is located inside of what I would consider the food court at the bottom next to the seafood market. However, they did an amazing job of decorating the seating area and you really feel like you’re in a restaurant.
Simple, super fresh fish soup. :)

Great atmosphere in this little spot– worth mentioning, it is not a storefront, but located within the seafood market, down the escalator. This place is all about the fish soup and it doesn’t disappoint. I am in the endless search of the perfect fish soup and this place nailed it! Water based tomato broth is amongst the best I’ve ever had, and it has at least 8 oz of fish, shrimp and oysters. Complimentary bread and salad are the cherry on top. This place is worth going to 5 times over. And the price of US$ 15, is one of the few absolute steals you will find in Stockholm.

Even though Hötorgshallen has been modified and renovated Kajsas Fisk is still keeping its old and classical look with all its previous flaws and beauty. Something that should have been fixed during this time of renovation was the queue system which is inefficient and I would have loved to see a change to that.
Kajsas Fisk has been well known for so many years now that their reputation is high. Sadly my last visit here did not live up to the expectations. The staff was not friendly at all, the soup was way too salty and while the price has gone up the quality of the soup has not.

Located in the underground Hotorget food hall, this seafood focused restaurant is worth your time and money. As Lily T. noted, it is quite affordable compared to other seafood options in the very expensive dining out city of Stockholm. The fish soup is very filling and it comes with bread and salad to balance out your meal. Inside the soup, the chunks of fish are large and have a perfect texture to them. And the broth has a very nice flavor to complement the fish and vegetables.
And the staff at Kajsas is friendly and welcoming and were happy to engage in conversation in English with someone who only speaks a small amount of Swedish. This was one of my favorite places in this food hall with many options, it is recommended.

We arrived without reservations and a party of five and they worked us in very graciously. The fresh fish was excellent. Highly recommend this spot!
