Hotel Stureplan

Absolutely loved our stay here!
Great location, clean cute rooms and great service.

Nice hotel with a good location. The room was very clean and spacious. There wasn’t much noise from the street. The breakfast in the morning was better than average. The front desk was also very friendly.
As a too if anyone has an extra day look into going to to spa that the hotel endorses in the book in your room. I spent then day with my husband and it was wonderful!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Stureplan seems like Grand Hotel’s baby sister. Located at Stureplan it is the perfect spot. The hotel has an old world charm and the feeling of 1920’s. The rooms are quite large, clean and feature chandaliers and wide window benches. It’s quiet sort of place and as such perfect for the business trips.
The breakfast is served at on old bar that also features a little garden. Fine enough but more impressed by the charming space than the food.
Stureplan is a bit on the expensive side (considering) and you will be happiest here if you get a good deal.

Hotel Stureplan is defiantly worth a visit when planning a weekend away or vacation to Stockholm. The hotel is smack bang in the centre of Stockholm and minutes walking distance from designer shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. If your traveling by car there is a storage car park across from hotel hidden down a side street.
The hotel has a clean cut modern and old style combined interior, as soon as you walk into the hotel they have an old style elevator which is pretty funky or marble stairs to get to your room.
The room was fantastic, the lay out and interior was fresh and spacious with great big old style windows and high ceiling with chandler hanging down. I feel they went the extra mile on the smalls things to make your stay that bit more pleasant, umbrella and shoe horn hanging up, ice bucket with ice machine outside on room floor. Safety deposit box, ironing board in the wardrobe, hair dryer and bathrobes for use. The simple things that some hotels fail to provide. It does have a well topped up mini bar. Also tv, wifi ect.
We decided for a change to have room service for breakfast and it was really good.
So if your visiting Stockholm give Hotel stureplan a TRY!!!
