The place looks a bit shabby with some of the buildings being built out of chipboard. Signposting is bad too. I went to see a show here. There are a few bars for pre/aftershow drinking at and food stalls to help soak up the alcohol. Despite its«shanty town» appearance the place is pretty cool and lots of people seemed to be enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.

Such a great outdoor venue for the fringe. It’s got a real festival vibe going on. A venue that hosts some of the festivals acts but also an area to go for a drink and eat ! I’ve come here several times this year, to drink some ale and take in the atmosphere, it’s always buzzing and it really goes feel like your in a festival! I love it ! Such a shame that it is going but all good things must come to a end! Until next year !!!

I am working at The Warren this year on the bar and the atmosphere is great. Lush to have an outside space to chill in, and work wise it really is a nice place to be. Prices are a little bit higher than at some other places, but the selection of shows and entertainment happening around you helps the experience match some of the pricing. Good vibes and YAY to the start of summer!

Such a lovely fringe venue, this year is the first time I have been to the Warren. I went to see Le Gâteau Chocolat last week which was an absolute scream! There are a couple of nice food vendors there, one serving east African cuisine(cassava chips– YUMMY) It’s can get pretty busy when there’s a show on but compared to the spiegeltent on the Old Steine, it’s much less stressful. I’m looking forward to going to more fringe shows here this May!
