The Hobgoblin is a pub on London Road near the Level that is popular with rocker types and the live music scene. Needless to say they do good drinks deals and a fairly comprehensive selection of real ales. Upstairs, they have a great venue that’s a popular destination for music lovers and headbangers. I’ve been here quite a few times, especially during the Great Escape featival and it’s a good place to see bands. Don’t forget the big beer garden out back that gets packed in summer.
