We were starving after a morning of touring around London and visiting The Tower of London. If you want a proper meal in a proper environment, there are restaurants outside the Tower, many are touristy but across the Tower bridge in the other side if the Thames are many nice restaurants.
This is a café inside the Tower of London attraction and was very crowded. The food is mostly traditional English and not cheap. BUT its right there if you are too tired to walk to a restaurant or are mid visit, had a nice interior and the food was good. The fish and chips were relatively authentic. They have many nice desserts as well. We enjoyed this lunch.
