Domino’s Pizza Group

A while back you could get much better value for money at the Hayward Heath Dominoes, Being a Pizza lover i like to order out at least twice a week because i don’t get much time to cook, Any places that cooks a pizza should be expected to provide something worth the money, And at £15 a Pizza i would expect something more than a lukewarm mess in a box.
I think its hit & miss with this dominoes, I had the bad luck to find some plastic obviously from their quick and easy chilled ingredients bags, (yes, i know how Dominoes stores their things, and yes, I –did– take photos ^^) Ignoring the general don’t-give-a-s*** attitude of the staff when i phoned to explain they just tried to poison me, At least they sent me around a replacement pizza … Which was lukewarm too, The driver turned up and didn’t speak a word of English, Not surprising from a pizza shop that got fined £25,000 fine for employing five immigrants illegally in March 2011. Well, I explained as best i could I’d be expecting a call from the manager.
I didn’t get any such call, So i called them back the next day and asked why nobody had followed something like this up, Only to be given excuse after excuse by a very sweet young lady, After dropping some subtle hints about leaving a message with trading standards, SOMEBODY, Although im sure it was not a manager DID call back and offered me a couple of pizza’s in store credit… Not bad at all, The least they could of done,
I now only use Dominoes when im desperate or passing by, Pizza hut seem to be a better choice in Haywards Heath
