AMAZING value! the food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The staff was helpful an always had smiles on their faces. We had the two for £7 offer. There were four people in our party. three people ordered fish and chips and the other ordered steak and ale pie. Everything tasted WONDERFUL! We went for lunch on Monday and again on Thursday. We will be visiting again for dinner today. There was a generous amount of food, but every bite was delicious. I have no negative words to utter. All in all, a lovely experience,

Excellent food and value for money. I always visit when I am in the area on business. Staff friendly and attentive. Food fresh and piping hot. Lovely lively place. Each time I have been there have been birthday parties and the staff make it a night to remember for the birthday boy or girl.

We boycotted the Wagon and Horses as a family 3 months ago. Food, service and cleanliness is ZERO.
My daughter was invited out with friends last night. All the girls left their meals half eaten as food tasted funny. She spent the night being sick with FOOD POISONING from the place. I am interested to see how many of her friends have had the same.

A new manager has taken over the pub. what a difference a new broom makes. Smiling faces, unbelievably helpful, good food, excellent quality at a very reasonable price. fuss made of my two young children and 90 year old grandmother.

have had very good service and food in the past over many years. dreadful service and attention today at 14.15. surrounding tables and our own uncleared and dirty. waited 30 mins for our meal. no cutlery when meal served. no napkins provided. cleaned our own table prior toeating please note.
chicken was a boiler chicken. know the taste thank you. extra mushrooms £1.50 for 3 button mushrooms cut in half is a disgrace. no checking that meal was satisfctory is poor having paid up front. grubby environment with staff lacking
any ability of service provision. will no t come again and will
inform our friends workmates and family. our table 35 order.
management need to get staff to make the environment c lean
and comfortable. air conditioning on when it isnt hot is unpleasant and miserable when dining. why dont you get a manager from a different area to test it out. you may be shocked. if you visit off peak.

A pub that is about a 10 minute walk from where I live, that serves not bad food at very good prices and that isn’t a chain. Quiz nights and low key music make this a good local pub that Mr Datcat and I use on the weekdays evenings. It’s always clean and there is no stale beer smell you can get in other pubs sometimes. Families are welcome here, but for those of us who just want a quiet drink the eating area is separate from the bar. There is a pub garden and a smoking area is available. Plenty of parking or if you want to leave the car at home the bus stop is just across the car park. All in all in nice pub.
