Neway Karaoke Box

I have to say karaōke in KL area is pretty pricey nowadays and with food, it’ll easily cost you abou RM40 bucks. Neway is more of the mid range karaōke outlet, cheaper than Redbox but have better quality than places like Loudspeaker KL. This is my top to go place to sing and dine for the weekend.
Their rooms are very spacious with controllable lighting and attached bathroom hence it’s very darn convenient and private. Sound system is above average as well with great selection of new songs. This is not a place you have to worry that they only have ancient 80’s songs for you to sing with.
One good thing about Neway is the buffet as it has quite a scrumptious selection of food The one I went in One Utama have up to 4 genre of food from Japanese, yong tau fu, spaghetti, porridge and so much more tidbits and desserts. Food quality is good as well considering the price we’re paying includes singing. Note that certain smaller outlets have lousier food though, so you might wanna visit bigger outlets like those in One Utama or in KL. And yah, you can also order alcohol here and it comes with the package usually, so decide first whether if you’re gonna drink and eat then select the package you’re going for. But be wary though, package with alcohols are much pricier.

I am not a big fan of singing. Heck I’m not even good at singing. I’m too sucks in singing even my bathroom is running away by the time I tried to have my bathsinging session. Yet my friends forced me to follow them on a quest to humiliate myself to the nearby karaōke house. I had to say yes because my girlfriend loves to sing.
Well, the surrounding and the system are kinda organize and systematic considering these days karaōke house are well equipped with modern sound system. They price is not that pricey actually considering the other facilities that they provide. Wanna cheaper one? Go karaōke inside ‘jamban’ lah.
While my friends were pretending to be Ed Sheeran, Madonna, P Ramlee and ABBA … I sat comfortably on the back while having a plate of chicken chop. It’s not that delicious actually but that’s not the main purpose the karaōke box.
