Trying for the first time the foot massage. Mostly male masseuse who have strong hands.
Spacious and I do not have to close to others in the shop. Nicely aerated as it has high ceilings

This place is legit, clean & comfy hence why its constantly booked. You can call Sifu to book a slot or you can walk in. However be prepared to get turned down on weekends if you decide on walking in without an appointment. I’ve been here several times especially at nights after a long day & trust me its worth every penny. The 2 usual masseuse that I book would be hanafi or lan as they do a much better job then the rest. Unlike those dodgy looking reflexology outlets, this place offers an open concept with glass doors at the entrance, earth colored walls, tv screens for your viewing pleasure & a quiet surrounding. Simply perfect

Walked into Sifu with my friends after having a nice meal at Antipodean. We were wandering around and wanted to have a massage without know what to expect from Sifu Reflexology.
I liked the place the moment I went it. Although the glass doors were tinted, but it doesn’t give you a dodgy feeling. In fact, we were greeted by a very friendly lady. We were given a choice to choice a male or female masseuse, and we chose the latter.
Sifu Reflexology provide very good privacy for their customers. I never really like to go into a massage centre where the passer-​by will be able to look and see everything that’s going on. It made me feel like fishes in a tank.
The masseuses are very friendly and experience too. They might be too hard on the pressure points but it’s ok to request them to slow down or reduce the pressure. The pricing at Sifu is reasonable too. You’ll get an hour massage at just RM60.
My friends and I walked out feeling very relaxed and energized. We could continue our shopping right after the foot massage.

I normally go to Bangsar to get my massages, there isn’t a specific place that I prefer, I like to check out different massage parlors. It was my first time getting a full body massage there and it costed me about RM60. They lady that massaged me was indonesian and I don’t quite enjoy my experience there. She pressed me so hard even though I told her to slow down and make it softer then she pressed certain parts of my body which hurt. If she provided an explaination as to why it is «good» for me, I would just take the pain but in the middle of the massages she kept on doing it until I had to tell her to stop. It ruined my whole massage experience. Not so «Sifu» afterall.
They offer a lot of other types of massages there but I don’t think I would want to give it a second chance. Ever.

Situated in the Telawi area, Sifu is opened until the wee hours of the morning: 11am to 2 am, unusual for a reflexology place. Though worry not, it’s a legit establishment with no side businesses if you know what I mean. They’re main service is of course reflexology but they also have the usual body massages and hot stone massages.
Most of the regulars here have their favourite massage therapist so don’t be afraid to request for someone by name. Oddly though they do seem to be more packed towards the evening and late at night. However I’ve never had trouble getting a treatment. It’s common to simply walk in without an appointment here.

That’s it the cheapest massage place in bangs, where you can get an amazing 1 hour massage for 60 rm. I would advice you to call and book your spot in advance, because it is always busy.
They use really nice oils and the service is great. Masseuses have many years of experience and it is definitely a place worth of visit! One lady that really helped me with the pressures in my back is — Cindy.
You are always available to pick if you want your massage by a man or a woman. Also they are great at foot massages in a really comfy couches! This is the best Sunday treat you can give yourself! :)
