Serenity Telawi

Great Massage. The thai massage is great for back problems.

I always come to Serenity Telawi in Bangsar when I’m in need of a good Traditional Thai massage. An hour’s worth is good enough for me and leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Their shoulder massage is also really good. I like this place far better than Thai Odyssey, which I feel is over-​rated and too expensive for what you get! Although Serenity Telawi is not as «posh» as Thai Odyssey, but their massages are very effective and way better value for money!
The massage therapist I was assigned to could communicate in English and she made sure she understood where I’d like more focus on before proceeding — and she certainly worked out the knots in my shoulders and neck!
Prices are also very affordable — definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality yet affordable massages! Will most certainly be coming back for more!

I found this massage parlor offering massages at a discounted price on Groupon. So I’ve decided to bring my boyfriend and go try it out since we both enjoy massages. It was difficult to make reservations. The staff wasn’t very accommodating. Though it sounded like they didn’t have customer for the night, they insisted of not letting us book our slots for the night as they rigidly wanted to adhere to the rules that they put on for Groupon voucher holders of having to make reservation 3 days in advance.
The change of clothes provided didn’t really display professionalism as they were only normal shorts and t-​shirts which people wear at home. The linen and pillow that were provided was also not really up to the standard that we are expecting. It gives an impression of the parlor was trying to save cost on these things.
The massage itself was acceptable but nothing outstanding. One thing that I would like to point out though is that when the masseur was massaging my back, my face was constantly tilted towards one side, which wasn’t very comfortable for me. They didn’t provide us with the pillow where we could breathe easily even when facing down.
