This place. It. Is. So. Bad. The tables take forever to clear, and the counter staff are very unfriendly. The waffles are dense and the batter was not mixed properly. The Earl Grey ice cream is the worst I have ever eaten. My passion fruit mint soda is a different colour from the menu. Over all it is a very lousy experience

Madame waffle has just open another branch in One Utama. It is a self service type of restaurant. The queue here is short and you can easily get a table.
I personally like the Butter Nutella (RM18.50) a lot. The chocolate gelato is really delicious and it goes well with the waffle. The Madame Signature’s (RM17.00) matcha waffle is also really nice but the combination with strawberries is a little off. The Japanese Green Tea has a kind of light floral scent which I also like.
Overall, price is a little on the high side for the portion but the waffles are good. One set of waffle would be enough for one person only. If you never tried Madame Waffle before then you should.
