Had a fun dinner at this izakaya is Asakusa. The grilled seafood dishes(had both salmon and tai) were notable standouts. The sesame tofu otsumami had a strong but pleasant nutty taste to it. Had a saahimi platter of a fresh assortment of tuna, octopus and salmon that tasted great. This isn’t a sushi restaurant but not bad quality. Also had various other dishes(fish cake, yamaito, chicken meatball, etc) that maintained a consistent high level of flavor and quality. Decent selection of sake on hand. Definitely try the kasuzuke(fish fermented in sake lees). Very tasty.
