So disappointed with this place. I’d heard good things but no. Just no. We arrived at five twenty waited for about ten minutes for a table and were seated and then told they won’t be serving food until six. So we just sat at the table for thirty minutes. No one brought us a cup of water or even a menu to look at while we waited. We had to flag someone down to get a drink menu. Finally we could eat dinner and I ordered a salad, crab cakes and Mac and cheese. The salad was delicious, I’ll give them that, but can you really make a bad salad?!? The crab cakes were overcomes and tasted kinda gross and the Mac and cheese(which cost almost ten dollars for a tiny bowl) was dry and tasteless. The only thing I enjoyed was the coffee and dessert. I suppose if you’re looking for afternoon coffee and cake then this place would be ok, but I don’t recommend having a meal here. There are a lot of good restaurants in this shopping area do yourself a favor and choose one of them and not this one.

Very good for breakfast if you don’t mind the wait and cost. When in Tokyo and wanting a nice brunch I can find no better spot than Sarabeth’s. For all of its shortcomings it really has become a go to spot for me. Like all restaurants in Tokyo, there will be a line out the door if you come at peak hours, but don’t let that scare you off. That also means that service might be a little slow as well, but if your patient enough you will enjoy a very nice brunch or lunch with your friends, family or co-workers. I’m certain there are more authentic style brunches somewhere else in this city, but until I find them this is the place.

Lemon ricotta pancake was flat and dense — way overpriced. We also had the benedict and it was delicious but it’s not something I would go back to have it again. Go to the city bakery downstairs and have the French toast.

Saturday brunch, we were seated very quickly, less than 5 minutes wait for a table. I was prepared for a 30 — 40 minute wait based on what I have read about this restaurant. I ordered«One Great Burger», Cobb Salad and Macaroni and cheese. Our server explained the macaroni and cheese was more like gratin so I cancelled the Mac and cheese. I appreciated his explanation of the dish. The burger is appropriately named because it truly is one great burger. Perfectly seasoned, juicy and delicious. The Cobb Salad was incredible. I don’t like blue cheese but the lemon juice seemed to soften the strength of the blue cheese. The marinated tomatoes in the salad provided a burst of flavor. The fries were slightly dry but a very generous portion. The lemonade was refreshing and just a little too sweet. I will certainly return to taste other menu items.

Monday afternoon lunch. The apple french toast is amazing. The one burger was cooked very well also. Drinks are overpriced. Service was fine. Wish the timing on food delivery were better. My friend had almost finished her eggs before my burger arrived. I’d deginitely recommend this for groups of one to 3 people.

Pretty long wait in line just to end up getting the same seat at the bar I was eyeballing for the last 10 minutes… Food was pretty good! The bacon on the Great burger was delicious!

Nice sandwiches and egg benedict restaurant. Good use for brunch, afternoon tea and 女子会. A lot of Japanese young girls and housewives enjoy their meals there. Staffs are really nice, friendly and polite.
