This is a high end classy French styled place with a great view of the city. After having spent the morning in Tokyo, we just dropped in for an early afternoon snack of a roast beef sandwich and a dessert tray with tea. Quality of both items was high end but also small portioned. The biggest negative here was that the service was slow. Out of habit or custom, server places fancy plates down, which aren’t used, and then has to take away, and does the same thing with silverware and butter and olive oil when no bread is served. It’s a show, but in the meantime, coffee and tea and water refills are slow to arrive. We kind of just want our food and drinks. Anyway, we won’t ever be back, but the review is more as a heads up for others and maybe the restaurant as well. I suspect their target audience are those that like to linger for long periods as we saw with a few couples.
