It looks like Ramen but to be precise, it’s not — It’s called«Nagasaki Chanpon» which is basically Ramen but its noodles and soup are very distinct, developed in Nagasak prefecture in Japan. The noodles are thick and soak the soup pretty well and have good texture. The soup got a very complex flavor — lots of different kinds of seafood is used to make it. It’s only a few minutes from Roppongi station and it’s open till 6AM every day. It’s very convenient though the place is tiny. If you are a big Ramen person but have never tried«Nagasaki Chanpon» before, I’d highly recommend you go check it out here at Fuji.
